Every contact I've had with Paula's Choice has been positive (I've been a customer for decades. If I emailed, the response has been rapid and complete. If it's a phone call, the employee has been courteous and helpful. They back their products and ship them promptly. I don't ever hesitate doing business with Paula's Choice. I'm a lifer!

The products are science based, high quality ingredients and consistently uses research to support the products claims. For these reasons, Paula's Choice is top tier skin care.

Products use scientifically proven ingredients, and results are not over-exaggerated. They have a number of great sales throughout the year, a points program, and fantastic customer service.

Always helpful and professional, I have been a customer for years and have seen good results.

Paula's Choice stand behind their products and provide actual customer service (Not AI) to their clients. I have never had a bad experience supporting this quality brand.

They provide opportunities to try new products because they give away samples sometimes, and you can always purchase a travel size if you want to try a product before committing fully. They also offer coupons often and sometimes make the jumbo size of their products available for purchase.

I don’t return much of anything but there was one product I had a reaction to, and they sent me a refund and did not require that I ship the product back. The customer service is superb, and everyone I’ve ever talked to there was pleasant and took care of me.

I have been a loyal customer ever since I found the 2% bha liquid exfoliator at Sephora over five years ago. I went online to look up the ingredients and have not looked back. I get so many compliments on my skin from women and men alike and the first thing that flies out of my mouth is “I use Paula’s Choice” because I am not a gatekeeper lol!!!

If you are contemplating a purchase, stop. There is nothing to think about. The website makes it so easy for you to find skincare that will help you with your specific skin type and any treatment necessary for problem skin. I have three autoimmune disorders that affect my skin specifically so please trust me when I say, they cracked the code for amazing skin. No, I was not paid for this review 😂😂…Yes, I really love the products this much🥰

I love the fact that the rep was able to understand my concerns and fix the problem. I respect everyone and try to respect their job, but it's much easier to work with someone whose first language is English.

The account was pulled up and ready to be looked at at the time of my call. No fumbling trying to pull it up. Also Pat was able to expedite the sending of the new product even though it was the postoffices fault.

I ordered the Lip Booster and every time I would open the cap, the product would come oozing out on its own and would leak through the bottom of the cap all over my purse. Left a huge mess and wasted a lot of the product. I let customer service know and they sent me a new tube that did exactly the same thing. I can’t use it because it oozes everywhere and makes a huge mess. Total waste of money.

I received response via email in a timely manner, with a potential problem solving solution. However, I was able to find my order and no longer needed help.
