I just bought two bags for my girls for Christmas. I'm sorry I just discovered this business, as it's closing it's doors. The bags are great; the girls love them! The bags are high quality and the shipping was professional.

Made in China bs....9 year Olds running sewing machine. Not 1 hand stitch. Hardware is crappie. Should all be ykk. Very disappointed and lied to.

Bag never arrived in spite of all the hype about it being worked on, etc. SCAM!

The back story being real or not is not important. The product that was delivered was excellent quality. It was a little slow to arrive, but was kept updated through the enire process. I would order from here again.

Scam. Very poor quality!

Just look for the discrepancies. I've learned it's bad idea to shop late at night pre-Christmas for stuff that looked, good. I've just had to file dispute with Credit Card company. Merry Xmas to me! ;)

Bag from china NOT from a sweet old man named Paul Richard. Also it has not arrived and has been over a month 😃 160$ for a bag which may never come! DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!

While the quality of the backpack is acceptable, the story of "going out of business is a outright LIE. Bag was shipped from mainland China and there is NO Paul Richard's. Cavet Emptor.

I placed my order a month ago and still don't have the items. I tried to cancel the order after I was notified of a delay in receiving the materials needed to fill my order but was given a BS excuse that they have a 24 hour cancelation policy. So let me get this straight, you can't fill my order but I can't cancel. SUCH A SCAM?

I was pleasantly surprised at the communication by Paul throughout the whole process from ordering to delivery.
The quality and craftsmanship of the bag itself is definitely that of excellence.
I am very pleased and recommend Paul’s hand crafted bags to anyone in search of a lasting bag or pack.

Company keeps sending me BS information. I was told I was sent the order.

Nice bag, information from shipper was very delayed.. my bag arrived and the shipping company still said it was not picked up...

But the bag is nice.

The quality of the materials used and the craftsmanship in the construction of my bag were both far beyond what I expected for the low price paid for my bag. It is an attractive bag that will easily last for many years, an excellent value.

Took a long time to come in - I was nervous it was a scam but it was not. The bag is nice.

These bags are made in China and can be purchased for a fraction of the price elsewhere I found one on Temu for £39.68 that is absolutely identical to one I paid £90 + £5 insurance for. All that stuff about a craftsman's workshop closing down and every stitch inspected by Paul Richard (If he even exists) is just bull SH 1T. Lesson learned, painfully!

I have been waiting 2 months for delivery. I have asked for a refund - not convinced this will happen. It’s looking like a scam to me 😢

it took a little bit longer then i expected, but i was pleasantly surprised at the quality and craftsmanship in my duffle. very plesed and would certainly recommend them to friends
