Ofcaurse a higher up person contacted me saying he would refund my item AND shipping… but once they got their item only the item payment was refunded.

Terrible experience. Lying about refounds and exchange.
They sold me wrong shoes size, went the next day and guess what ?? No more sizes.

Unacceptable!!! I strongly advise against this site!! They canceled my order for no reason even though I was impatiently waiting for my pair, I'm so disappointed!!! Honestly don't order anything! The only goal was to have a discount to have my pair cheaper and to wear it like the rest of the collection but they canceled the order because of a code found on Twitter. Now I can't have these sneakers that I was waiting for to complete my collection, and all because of a promo code found on Twitter! I didn't buy them to resell unlike others and now they cancel my order!! I was just waiting to wear it! The code was found on twitter to have only -10%. I said the code was found on twitter !!

J’ai récemment reçu, en tant que client fidèle un lien pour acheter la paire d’air max patta chlorophylle pour compléter ma collection,
ayant acheté la paire à 12h avec un code promo partagé par des gens sur twitter, je me suis fais annulé ma commande faite de stock, cependant des personnes ont commandé cette même paire en 44 a 13h sans être annulé !!
C’est une honte pour une entreprise comme celle ci d’annuler des commandes sans motif valable
