I rarely post any reviews but the costumer service was amazing.
Definitely 2 thumbs up!

Keep bombarding with calls, and the lady Tajiana is very agreessive and seems rude to me. Giving commands as if she was my officer.

She is very rude and left meassage on my phone to morally threathened me.

Investing.com leaks my personal contact without my consent to them.

Was impressed by the level of knowledge and the top notch costumer service. From the attentive account management till the constant costumer service attention. I recommend PatronFX blindly.

BEWARE these people are scammers ! They get your contact details through Investing.com and then you get bombarded and harassed with unsolicited telephone calls and after putting £100 in I was pestered to put in another £2,500 with the promise of a Gold Account ( usually £25,000 needed ! ) to get a better spread and lower pips to make more money ). I was then pressured into opening significant positions ( after losing £ 48k plus on the demo with very little experience ) by Anzheli in currency markets - the manager later saying this was not good advice as they are complex. I realised that I was losing money fast and noticed the spread and pips were not at all as promised and per the website for a Gold account. In fact they were up to 4 times greater when compared to Plus500 trading platform. I was pressured to apply for a professional account with a 400 x leverage without any proper success or experience and lose money faster still even though I didn’t qualify. The manager said this had been rectified and wanted me to ‘have a different experience after I requested a refund’ although he only wanted me to reverse the withdrawal which I refused. Please beware as these are very pushy and do not give you sensible advice as well as manipulating the spread / pips to their advantage. I will not let this rest and intend to report them to the regulator and police. This is a con. Just read the other reviews if you don’t believe me. I want my approx. £ 1,300 back that I lost. It appears some people have been successful with chargebacks ( which apparently they don’t like ) or help as they have shared in their reviews.

Ive been trying to withdraw my money for almost 3 weeks already. Until now they kept cancelling my withdrawal request.

This is a scam.

They pressure you into making a deposit straight away to then later get a tour with an expert. Person I was speaking to started getting aggressive so I just hung up.

Luckily I checked the reviews and as you can see, others haven't been able to get their money back.

If the number starts with 020 3150, decline and block until you get all of them.

Die Kundenberater sind sehr aufdringlich und frech. Sie wollen mich nötigen, Transaktionen zu machen. Ein NEIN können sie am Telefon nicht akzeptieren. So gewinnt man kein Vertrauen. Mit dieser Firma mache ich lieber keine Geschäfte.

for four weeks now I have been trying to get my money back that I put over to test, I have followed all their steps that need to be done for a transfer, have sent print screens on my deposits that they wanted, totally sick what they do everything for to take the money from you. Do not join their scams because that is what it is. glad I went in with Lottie money but damn that they should try to take them!

I had an experience with this company in August. I was called by them out of the blue and after lots and lots of procrastination I transferred £200.

I was then transferred to an account manager who told me that in order to make any difference I should invest more to make more which I didn't have.
I asked if I could not make anything with the £200 that I had transferred but was advised that I could but it could be risky.

I asked for a refund and received it pretty quickly which pleasantly surprised me.

My only complaint would be that during my initial cold call from the company I was led to believe that I could make a difference with £200 when in fact I couldn't and I would have to invest more.

My Account Manager was great and when I do have any more money I will be back.

Although I didn't go all the way and make anything or invest a lot but I think they are trustworthy from my short lived experience.

Do not even go any near to this company.

They steal your number through investing.com without your consent.
This lady Karina literally was pressuring me to invest my hard earned money to her website.
When I clearly told nicely many times that I dont have money to invest and I am not interested, she went hard at me. She literally lost her senses and threatened me that i will keep receiving her calls even when i said i will report your number.
I had to say to her: you are very bad at your job. Lol
They think pressuring people will get them their money
No mate

Just stay away from them.

If I receive any more calls or emails and if they try to harrass me, I am definitely going to spend some time to report them everywhere possible. Its better if you leave me alone.

Hello, everyone. Last year I faced the challenge of choosing a reliable forex broker. I tried to trade with several trading platforms but eventually stopped at PatronFX. In my opinion, it was a pretty good choice. And I would like to explain to you why.

First of all, I travel a lot, and even currently, I an on a business trip, but only this trading platform was able to provide me with proper support and continues to do so. I was always contacted at time in other words at a scheduled time, which was absolutely a great joy for me, since other companies have bothered me at very inappropriate moments.

Secondly, I must mention the user-friendly trading platform, the convenience of both computer and mobile versions. A huge plus for me was the availability of the wide range of the supporting tools for trading. After all, it was not always possible to track and monitor the market. Trading signals are usually beneficial.

The only but insignificant disadvantage I might call is the process of trading account verification, unfortunately it took me a little bit longer that I expected. But I think it is more a question not related to Patron, but to the process of identity verification itself.

Overall, I am delighted. Can I recommend this platform for you guys? I think so. Everything is going well now. And I hope it will continue to do so.

In conclusion, I would like to say that I have been made a couple withdrawals for the last few months, and it didn't take very long.

Ik ben zojuist gebeld door iemand van Patronfx. Niet dat ik daar ooit van had gehoord. Een engelstalige mevrouw wilde mij helpen om mijn account te bevestigen. Ik vroeg haar waarom en dat ik patronfx niet kende. Ze zei dat ze opleidingen en training verzorgden voor investing.com. Een site die ik toevallig onlangs had bezocht. Ze wilde dat ik op de site ging en zaken zou bevestigen. Ik was argwanend en heb nergens op geklikt. Ze schermde met een Cypriotische site waarin patronfx de vergunning van heeft. Na wat googlen zag ik grote overeenkomsten met de benadering die over plus500 op trustpilot staat. Ik vertrouw het niet. Ook voor patron fx staan namelijk soortgelijke reviews. Ik ben blij dat ik niet heb geklikt. Iedereen maakt zijn eigen keuze want ik ben per saldo niet benadeeld omdat ik nergens aan mee heb gedaan. Ik weet niet wat er zou gebeuren maar een waarschuwing is op zijn plaats.

Scammers and bullies that’s what I have to say. Lost £7,300.00 due to naivety, stupidly and inexperience. They offered different and “great” strategies to make a profit which turned out to be true but not for me only for them. I still have money on my account which is impossible to get back because if I close the trades I have there’s so much on swap and negative “profit “ to pay back that all of the money will stay in their domain no matter what. It’s just like a casino - the house always wins. That’s what Patronfx really is sadly :(

So here we go again , as I sent them an email to the email they left on their response (check out their reply) but, surprise, surprise THE EMAIL BOUNCED- so no you can’t contact them. If anyone can help please do.

DO NOT trust this company, within one week I lost a total of more than 28000 pounds due to their incompetent advices, I am now in heavy debt and my life is at the brink of ruin due to my stupidity, naiveness and most of all, the inability to say no when someone sweet talk to you (like staff in this company). The funniest thing is that they kept calling me everyday afterwards and say there is way to recover my money safely if I deposit them another 20000 pound lol! Seriously people use my shambled life as your valuable lesson. When they call you, say no.

I doubted for a long time whether I wanted to trade in this are of activity, but after the call of the manager al the doubts have passed!

I have started trading only recently, but I like it very much and I am completely satisfied with the broker I chose.

I am absolutely not afraid to make my first steps with this company.

I downloaded the app to see how it works etc after looking at some other platforms, and before I know it I am inundated with phone calls from them wishing for me to deposit money over the phone. I explained that I wasn't comfortable with this and then requested over email that they not contact me again as I chose a different provider yet they STILL spam with phone calls daily! Absolutely absurd.

I would have rated 0 if there is a choice. Beware before you get into with them.
FCA regulated and by law they shouldnt be giving any trade strategy, asking for more money to invest and especially if you are new to business you are a piece of cake. Beware of these guys. Completely looted by their ideas. Never get involved with these guys`

I think they are scammers, they took 2500 pounds from me and closed my trading behind me. Lol. I guess I wouldn't be allowed to withdraw my money out even if I won money.

Leider ist Patronfx Europäisch reguliert was es so gar nicht gibt, darüber hinaus sind die sogenannten Berater äusserst unfreundlich und drängen zu Investitionen. Falls sie Ihr Geld zurück überweisen wollen, finden diese jegliche Gründe dies zu stornieren.

So far, i have no complaints against PatronFX. There is no strong freezes or connections loss. Trading terms are suitable for me. Quite well and tight spread. Perfect charts, convenient and easy UI.
