Thank you Joe! First time pass and just the 2 minor driving faults.

Normally, I prefer to go with someone who comes recommended, but I read some reviews and also had a taster lesson and everything just felt right. So I took on the intensive lessons as I had a time pressure and I’m so glad we did. From lesson one, to the test day, Joe reassured me that I could do it despite my very shaky start. All within a month I saw great progress - from not even wanting to move off in the first lesson, to now having the confidence to deal with most situations on the road safely. Thank you for your dedication and untold patience. This ‘Pass’ is the cherry on top of your hard work! Definitely would recommend to anyone - he knows what he’s doing. Thank you Joe for helping me not only to pass my test but help me realise how 'rigid' I can be at times.
I was a very anxious driver, and by that, I mean I was REALLY anxious. I tend to overthink a lot of things and that happens with my driving as well. I was overthinking all the time and not able to focus on the actual road and my steering.
Uncle Joe helped me to put aside my worries, encourged me to take my time, allowed me to build trust in him and myself, with his patience and empathy.
It is not always easy to communicate with other people, and I appreciate how Joe takes his time to find a teaching 'language' for me, so I can actually understand what his words 'meant'.
I must say he is not the cheapest driving instructor out there, but if you know yourself and you know you need a bit more than the 'standard' teaching, he is the person you want to ask help from.

I would recommend Uncle Joe’s driving school, he is an amazing instructor. He helped me to learn and understand the driving skills necessary and helped me to build confidence behind the wheel. Driving lessons were very simple and tailored to the students needs. Me and my siblings past first time round with him.

Joe really is a tremendous teacher. After being let down by one of the big chain companies, we went to joe and couldn’t be happier. I passed from beginner in less then 7 lessons. His teaching methods are extremely clear and never once was I made to feel bad if I did something wrong. He truly knows how to get a pass at West Didsbury as he knows all the tips to not get caught out by the examiner. We have now booked joe for my brother to use. I would definitely recommend Uncle joes driving school to anyone. Genuinely the best teacher out there and is evident by the other reviews. Thank you Joe so much, I would never have been able to pick it up so quickly if it wasn’t for you and your great methods. I with your all the best in the future.

Joe is an extremely enthusiastic driving instructor, who has helped me develop both my driving skills and my confidence on the roads. He is very reliable and efficient and has been very quick with arranging lesson and test bookings. He is also very friendly and I would recommend him as an instructor for people looking to drive at any level.

Uncle Joe is an excellent driving teacher with great patience. He does not only answer my questions, but he is also able to address my anxiety and fear. At technical side he would teach me driving skills and tips that I have never been told in last 20 years.

After many years of inconsistently learning how to drive, I finally passed my first driving test. Amazing instructors and so helpful! Had a lot of experience with many instructors but Uncle Joe and Sam were incredible and gave me so much confidence. Felt stressed with other instructors but these guys made me feel so relaxed and I passed! Recommend HIGHLY!

Joe is a brilliant instructor, he really helped me become more confident and calm behind the wheel. i passed after so many less hours learning than i thought i would need with joe. i would highly recommend him to anyone. Hands down the best instructor in Manchester.

I have had 4 different instructors over many years and Joe is easily the best by far. He teaches in a way that not only makes you a safe and competent driver, but also makes you feel relaxed and enjoy driving.
