Hi - Does anyone have any idea why Passto services are suspended? They are not contactable and went ghost suddenly

Recommend to use PassTo
I was not sure about the platform and I had doubts in my mind if it is fine to use PassTo. I can confirm that my transaction was successful in the end even though I had to try thrice for some reason I am not sure of.
Would surely recommend to go ahead and use PassTo- I did not have any problems with my intended use.

Extremely disappointed, will avoid at all costs in the future.
Extremely disappointed with my recent experience. They held my money without depositing it into the recepient bank account and were asking for documents to prove source of funds. Even after providing the relevant documents, kept asking for more. I'm fed up and there is no way to cancel the transaction from the App. They could have easily asked for this information when initiating the transfer but no they will take the deposited money and play games in the name of compliance.

Hello there i think there are more money transfer apps that offer no fees with bkash transfer and some with more competitive rates ive been using money transfer apps for a decade now i think this service needs better rates and better fees rate aswell but overall so far so good

Worst company to transfer money
Worst company to transfer money. I initiated two transactions on September 15th, but neither of them ever arrived. This ordeal has resulted in a significant waste of time, money, and energy. During the first week, the customer service department was initially responsive, assuring us that they were actively working to resolve the issue. However, now that 20 days have passed, they have stopped responding to messages and are not answering calls. It appears that a long and challenging legal journey lies ahead. They have displayed a highly unprofessional and suspicious demeanor

To meet our regulatory requirements and comply with Money Laundering Regulations, we are required to screen all our customers against global watchlists prior to onboarding. This means we need to verify your identity and may also require additional information before we can open your account and help you send money home. On this occasion your details were flagged by our systems which required us to request additional information before we could open your account. Following our email correspondence, we also tried to contact you by phone to assist with providing the necessary information, however we were unsuccessful.
