I’ve purchased several coins from Pashiz Coins, and every experience has exceeded my expectations. Good product, more transparency in comms would help
Slightly late to post the sale but also did not respond to email or message until the day the sale was posted. The whole process from purchase to confirmation of Royal Mail issues took 10 days, then another two days for delivery via Royal Mail. Today they arrived OK. Two feedback I can share would be - a) send an email to the person once the sale has been placed , you can download the invoice anytime from your account page however, b) post the parcel without Pashiz coins label on for security threat - there are individuals reading coins and deliberately stealing deliveries (thinking these could contain bullions). Other than that product arrived as intended and will be buying again from them. Perhaps this time though I will go physically in their London store.
