I ordered light up party hats for my wedding, fast shipping delivered on time for the party, everyone loved the hats, the party was a hit

I am having an MS Dance Fundraiser & out of 36 orange camo hats they sent me 17. I was told my remaining hats are in transit,called again they are lost & sold out..
Never received an email on status. I had to call on status everytime.. you will not be recommended

I needed to purchase hats for a wedding. I procrastinated but still had a few weeks before the event. The ordering was fast, once I read some negative reviews I did panic and touch base after ordering. My order was complete and came in about 1.5 weeks. Friendly experience.

We ordered items from partyglowz.com and they didn’t even ship 25% of the items. When we called they said wait to see if the get delivered, they never did, e-mailed/called several times, (Gary) says he’ll get the refund to us, days later nothing, called back, Gary promised refund would be that day, Waited another day, NO refund! DO NOT DO business with this company, seems this is an ongoing scam they have going!

Ordered 4 of one item. Originally one shipped. Reached out to customer service to get other 3. They at first refused to help because i didn't keep original packaging. Left a facebook review and they finally agreed to help if i agreed to take down the negative review. They only sent one more (total 2 of 4) reached out again for support and they refused to assist because i was 20 days beyond my order date.

I ordered hats for a bachelorette for a group of 9 girls. My hats came in and only 2 of the 9 lit up. I tried new batteries nothing. Customer service was great at first, I sent him videos of me turning them on and not working and he sent me 7 more hats. They came right before the deadline and again only 2 of 7 worked. So out of 16 hats I now had only 4 lit up, and some of them didn’t match the other hats, they were completely different. I stressed my concerns and I was sent a video from the manufacturer showing me how to turn it on. It was the exact same way I was turning the hats on in the videos I sent…I expressed that and didn’t hear back until after my event. I then received an email saying they’d send more hats after I’ve already asked for a refund. The whole point of ordering these specific hats was for the lights. I responded saying I don’t need hats my event passed and haven’t heard anything back. It’s been 2 weeks. Again customer service was great at first and they tried to make it right, but eventually never did.

Fast shipping and got my order in time for PARTY CELEBRATION! The cups at the party were a hit and all my friends left with a parting gift :) Awesome Partyglowz team, I will recommend to all my friends and family.

Never do business with Partyglowz. Ordered 2 paper products. Received incorrect merchandise on both items. Offered to send back and was told to keep it and they would send correct merchandise. Never happened. Then had me send picture of items to prove they were wrong and promised would send shipping labels. Kept offering discount for me to keep items I did not want. After I insisted they said I would get refund and not to return items. Refund did not happen until I followed up again. Then tried to not refund tax. Very unethical.

order glow sticks and other items and they were just awesome, glow sticks are very bright and long lasting, excellent customer service, really took care of my needs and helped me in placing my order, I would gave 10 stars if there was an option..keep it up..
