The component arrived damaged, but…
The component arrived damaged from shipping, though it seemed to be just cosmetic damage, and I was willing to use the part regardless. After contacting the seller, they said I can discard the original motor and they sent me a replacement by fedex overnight delivery for free. Amazing customer service! I’ll definitely be coming back when I need more parts!! Thanks guys!

Wide variety of parts, easy to check if it fits your equipment. Easy to order and arrive fast. Only downsized is the price for delivery. If you need small parts you need to pair it up with other parts to make it worth the delivery fees since there is only one option.

Shipping department needs to think more and stopwasting money
My order is 3 offices February 26 which may weigh 3 or 4 ounces and showed that it was to be delivered March 5. When I looked to track my order on the morning of March 5, it now shows that delivery date is unknown as a result of rail delays? This is such a small package that it could have been mailed out Canada Post and likely cheaper. I believe I paid over $20 for shipping... not very reliable! Shipping department needs to think before wasting customers money.
