The best service is dependable service. I ordered a fridge part which did not fit. Within hours it was fully remedied with full refund. Waiting 5 days for a part to fix a broken refrigerator in a restaurant may not seem like a big deal to your decision makers but it causes great stress to the restauranteur.
We need to be able to come pick up a part same day!!!! Simple. Maybe actually care about your customer situation!!!

Great company! Have ordered a few items for work machines (ie…coffee machines, cappuccino machines) they always have the part and it arrives between 5-7 days.
Very happy and will continue to order from them.
