Order placed on April 8 with a promised 2–5 business day shipping timeframe. It’s now April 15 and there has been zero tracking movement since day one—still stuck in Etobicoke.
Charging $24 for a tiny part and then providing no updates while missing the expected delivery window is unacceptable. This is extremely poor service and not what was advertised.

Very displeased and do not understand how this could happen.
Order never arrived and no notice about where and what was taking place.Learned through our crsit card statement it was credit back to the card and the amount is wrong that was returned.
