Do not use these dudes, they are very bad people.

My experience has been borrible for as a Canadian purchaser, Partsgeeks dont accept paypal, CDN credit card but just USD money order or bank draft. Problem is that they will hold it for 20 days before releasing the purchase order. Very bad for canadian customers

Run away, RUN AWAY!

I ordered parts as described by their lookup feature which they sent me. They were the wrong parts and they will take them back, but at my expense. Their customer service is web based and slow, their phone number connects to a recording with no option to speak with any kind of representative. I advise anyone to stay away from them. I have also asked American Express and Visa to review their association with these crooks.

If you have a problem get ready to get frustrated and upset!! This company has no personal that you can talk to so you can only contact them by email and they tell you that it can take 48 hours for a response and it will. After to contact requests they will not allow you to contact them again unless you have a different email and that didn't solve the problem. I have a number of vehicles and buy parts all the time with good results till I went to these guys!! The worst by far as far as service goes and there prices are the same so if you want to get the right parts with no getting the runaround and 15%restock plus you pay the return shipping don't buy from these guys go anywhere but parts geek !!

I order the part from partGeek, as soon I order the item, I realize I don't need that anymore, I tried to cancelled the order with them, but they told me they cannot cancel orders once it's placed, they wanted me to ship the item to them spending more money and also they will change 15% restocking fee, EVEN THOUGH THEY SHIPPED THE ITEM WEEK LATER AFTER I REQUEST TO CANCELLED THE ORDER, NOW I AM STUCK WITH THE ITEM I DON'T EVEN NEED, I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

This place has the worst service. Even though they sent the wrong part, we had to pay the return shipping and then they charged a 15% restocking fee. Outrageous. They must depend on shipping charges and restocking fees for their profits. No help from "customer service" either. Avoid this place -- try RockAuto.com instead.

I found what i wanted easily with great photos and easy to navigate website. The process was fast, accurate and at a great price.

After the last review, which was written before realizing everything that was wrong, I contacted FedEx with the tracking number provided by PARTSDICK.COM. (partsgeek for those without sarcasm), only to be told that the tracking Number was not to be found in their system. I followed up online at FedEx and found the same. The question I have is where is my order? What type of rinky-dink operation is being run here? This company is terrible, and please if you are thinking of ordering from them, think otherwise. For your own good.

i don't rate companies but i had to make it known how much i have saved $$$. this company is the absolute best. the order and delivery process is phenominal...i have not had to wait more than 3 days for my parts. i have a 2004 landrover freelander and to find parts (new) that is less than half of what the dealer and other part suppliers charge is a wallet saver ; because Lord knows i have put $$ into that car. thank you partsgeek for the fast service and inexpensive pricing.
