Fraud and bad service
This company charged me $545 for a new board.but sent used part they ordered from an ebay seller.with a receipt for $230. I have called customer service three times.I have gotten zero answers. I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was informed they can't do that. he would call me back. He has not instead I received an email stating they've supplied me with a return label per my request. I did not ask for a label. I am quite sure they will not except this used part as its not what was ordered.AWEFUL customer service

Shaky start, but excellent finish!
We had a little mishap with shipping at first, but everything was fixed after a few exchanged emails. Responses to the emails I sent were prompt. The shipping issue was resolved, and my part came in two days. Started off a little shaky, but the company came through on their word.

Quality Fuel Pump
They had the fuel pump I needed. Shipped it out quickly. The fuel pump worked right away, looks like good quality.
The only downside is that they used UPS, and the brokerage fees with UPS have always been high.
