Fast service
Great with supply, my freezer on the old side no problem. Got dent the wrong part, my fault, not so good getting a return label, no doubt my fault?

I ordered the wrong part...............
I sent for a replacement bottle box to suit my Bosch fridge but realised after placing the order it was the wrong one. I e mailed immediately to advise of his and got a very prompt reply saying all was ok it had been canceler. I then ordered the correct part. Delivery was swift by Royal mail but they had sent me two replacements ! One correct the other not. Both had been charged to my account. I again e mailed . Response again was speedy and I arranged to return the wrong one .Royal Mail was great and sent me the return label. Bottom line is that the service by all was great and a refund has been paid into my account. The web site for Parts Centre is wonderful. Just be careful to look at the information closely to ensure the product part you want is correct. New box fits perfectly.
