Amazing Service!
Scott was fantastic, great knowledge and advice. The process was made really smooth and easy as all of the investigation work had been done in the background prior to our meeting. Great service and hassle free!

Scott was amazing and very helpful, he took us step by step throughout the whole mortgage process and was very knowledgeable about the best mortgage for us. Especially as first time buyers Scott made things very clear and simple I couldn’t recommend more.

I received my mortgage offer after using PMS after only making contact a couple of weeks prior on a new build property. Their service was professional, swift and easy. I would highly recommend their services and will no doubt be back again in the future! Special thanks to Julia & Connor.

Myself and my partner are first time buyers and cannot fault the service we have been provided so far. We initially spoke with Julian who was very helpful and managed to secure us some incentives with the developer which is greatly appreciated. Isabelle was then assigned as our mortgage advisor and has been so knowledgable, supportive and reassuring. We could not have asked for anyone better to guide us through the process as first time buyers and have no doubt that this level of service will continue through to completion of our new build in the summer. Thank you!

Julia made our experience so smooth and stress free. She was extremely efficient, lovely to talk to, with great communication via email and phone. Couldn't be happier with our experience, highly recommend!

When we first spoke with Isabelle and we were told to leave it to her and her colleagues, and they would have everything under control. I was thinking, l'll believe it when I see it".
I can honestly say to anyone who reads this comment, partridge mortgage broker is the best by far. We received a really good mortgage deal. They said, and they delivered. We were updated every couple of days with the process of the application. Isabelle, Ashlee, Jordan, and Steve have all been amazing. Thank you to you all, and thank you to Partridge Mortgage broker as a team. You are a fantastic team. We will definitely use you for our mortgage renewal 🙂.

Thank you so much to Isabelle, Ashlee, Jordan and the whole team for sorting out our mortgage. We are so happy and could not thank you all so much enough.

Fantastic and hassle free service provided to us, really appreciated.

We are very grateful to David and his team for all the help and guidance! From the very start, David was very optimistic which gave us much confidence that it was all possible! He reassured us every time we had doubts, answered all our questions including the silliest ones, and guided us from day one up until now. They are all very efficient and professional! The process was smooth and David explained everything to us thoroughly. We couldn’t have done it without David and his team! We are very pleased with their service and commitment to their work.

We could not be happier that we chose Partridge Mortgage Services to support us with our first time buy. We have had excellent customer service right from the beginning. Scott has not only given us knowledge and education on applying for a mortgage, he's always only been an email away to quickly answer my many questions and keep us up to date with our application. It has been such an easy experience supported by this company and we could not be anymore grateful for the help so far. The whole process has been much quicker than expected and so far we are pleased with the outcome. Thank you all for your great work as a company, especially Scott for all the time you have dedicated to helping us secure our first home.

Our experience with Partridge Mortgages has been great! A big shout out to everyone on the team - Ashlee, Isabelle, Scott, and Tihanna - for doing a fantastic job with our mortgage and protection covers!

Partridge mortgage services are the best! Secured our first mortgage together and have helped us into our brand new home ready for Christmas. Ashlee and Issi were extremely helpful all the way through. Thank you

Very helpful and quick assistance.

Great service with Partridge so far, informative, professional, not pushy, Scott in particular has been fantastic.

From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make the mortgage process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Their team was not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly supportive and patient with all our questions. They guided us through each step, ensuring we felt comfortable and informed. Thanks to Partridge Mortgages, we secured the right mortgage for our needs. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless mortgage experience!"

Partridge Mortgage has been nothing short of amazing!
From being constantly available to dealing with my silly questions as a first time buyer.
Special shout out to both Jordan and Scott who have made what could be such a painful experience seamless. Can’t thank you enough.

I cannot recommend Darren Arden highly enough! From start to finish, Darren made the mortgage process so smooth and stress-free. He took the time to understand my unique situation and provided me with options tailored specifically to my needs. His communication was fantastic—he kept me updated every step of the way and were always available to answer any questions I had.

Thanks to their expertise, I was able to secure a fantastic rate, and the whole process was quicker than I anticipated. I genuinely felt supported and confident in my decisions thanks to Darren’s guidance. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about helping you achieve your homeownership goals, Darren Arden is the one to go with. Highly recommended!

We are first time buyer and from the very beginning to the final stage, it has been an absolute pleasure working with this team.

We started our journey with Julian who I couldn't believe my hears when he mentioned how much we were qualified for. Next to Darren who we worked with briefly and who did an amazing job.

Finally, came Ashlee - Ashlee is a superstar! Listened to everything, guided us throughout and was always in touch. Ashlee never got tired of our questions and was always calm, friendly and reassuring. Even when we were doubting, hers was the calming/reassuring voice in the midst of our doubts.

My heartfelt appreciation goes to this amazing team and to PMS in general! Everyone should be very proud because they have done such an excellent job. I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing their help!

From the first point of contact until now, every step has been easy and well guided. Scott was super easy to follow and was very clear and directive regarding the information given to us in our mortgage appointment. Scott helped my partner and I with everything we needed and nothing was a problem.

I'm using their services for the process of getting a mortgage for my new home. So far the process has been really smooth and they have made sure that I didn't have to worry about chasing people or paperwork.
Fantastic service!!!
