After struggling to get a mortgage through my personal mortgage advisor who failed twice. I turned to Partridge and couldn’t be more impressed. My situation was slightly unique as I was relying on retained profits from my business for affordability.

From the very first conversation, Julia and Scott at Partridge took the time to understand my circumstances properly. Their knowledge and persistence meant I received a mortgage offer on the first attempt and with a very competitive rate too.

They were both brilliant throughout the entire process. Professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive.

Danielle was very friendly and was incredibly helpful. Being a first time buyer I wasn’t sure on a few things but Danielle is very knowledgable and helped me feel better about the process . I highly recommend :)

Scott Fisher was absolutely exceptional , we are first time buyers and all this can come across quite scary but Scott handled our case perfectly, was able to walk us through each step without it feeling like it was too much

PMS and in particular Isabelle Kelly provided a great service, she went above and beyond what I was expecting, was very knowledgeable and a calming influence in the whole process of purchasing our house, her advice and explanation of everything was great and really helped us to navigate what we needed and what would be best for us, if we needed to ask questions she and the team were quick to respond and very detailed with the answers, thank you so much!!

As first time buyers we got signposted to Partridge Mortgage Services. Since the first initial contact with them, Chanice and the rest of the team have been great. We were put in touch with our mortgage advisor, Isabelle Kelly who has been great from the start. She made us feel welcome and she explained everything thoroughly and the processes. Julia Vernon has also been great and has kept us up to date with everything. Great team all round.

Availed Partridge Mortgage Services for a new build. They were prompt, responsive and kept the appointments all the way. Special thanks to Chanice and Danielle for helping us out.

Few areas to improve:
1) The ID checks. Partridge uses 'Credas: Verify with TNHG' for identity checks. That app is not very easy to use, particularly if you don't have British passport.
2) Life/Critical-illness cover: This is good to have and not mandatory (unlike building/content) insurance. It would be nice to mention it clearly and let people make a decision on that.

Over all 5* in my opinion.
