A really good experience from start to finish and very glad to have found (via a neighbour's recommendation) Debbie at Part F, who was professional and easy to deal with throughout the process of getting a noisy MVHR fan unit replaced. The onsite engineer Keith arrived early, explained exactly what he was going to do, and two hours later the job was complete, he walked me through how the new unit worked, and he tidied up too. I would highly recommend using this company if you need an MVHR unit replaced.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. I contacted the company after a recommendation from a neighbour. I explained what I needed and after providing some photos they came back with a recommendation for a replacement and gave clear pricing and timescales. I was then booked in a few days later.
The engineer arrrived on time and was very friendly and talked me through what he was going to do and explained the system set up, he was very knowledgeable and I learned a lot about the system and how it works - more than I had ever been told. He was very thorough and ensured everything was correct and working efficiently. He installed the system neatly and tidily and cleared and disposed of the the old system and put everything back where it was before. I would definitely recommend them.

I can’t fault the service Part-F have provided. I had a faulty Vent-Axia MVHR. Keith attended within a few days of my contacting them and quickly diagnosed the fault and explained the options. The next day Debbie provided very reasonable quotes. I chose to replace the unit as the most cost-efficient long-term solution. Keith returned within ten days and replaced the unit, arriving on time and completing the work efficiently. He even replaced a cover above the unit that I had paid a carpenter to remove, without me even asking him to. All-in-all, excellent service.

Wonderful service, great communication and good value. Debbie gave me a competitive quote to replace a heat recovery air circulation unit when I was let down by another installer. She was also very helpful to find a date for the installation and the work was performed flawlessly and professionally as quoted. I can highly recommend them.

Product is excellent and labour is timely and yet flexible. Hard to find something equivalent in the UK.

I needed to remove and install a replacement MVHR unit. Part-F provided the most reasonable quote and were the only company to respond in a timely manner. Debbie's communication was exceptional; she kept me updated throughout the process and was incredibly professional. Keith, who carried out the installation, was both professional and friendly. The work was completed to a high standard. I would recommend Part-F without a doubt.

Part-F replaced our ventilation unit and did an excellent job. Our unit was in tricky place and one competitor refused to even quote on the work because of the challenge but Part-F accepted the task and did fantastic work. They also recommended a unit that was cheaper than the alternative because they thought it would be better for us.

Keith was also able to advice on replacement options and type of systems in case the system breaks down and I really appreciated he asnwered all my questions with great professionalism and patience. Every aspect of my experience with Part-F was excellent. They offered a competitive price to replace my ventilation motor and were then able to diagnose and find problems with my existing ductwork. Jonny was charming, highly knowledgeable and clearly explained what he was doing at all times. I will be using Part F for all servicing in future and highly recommend them.

Part-F recently did my MVHR service and filter change. Excellent communication from the beginning when I raised a website query through to the servicing of the unit. The engineer was very prompt and efficient. Will re-book company and would highly recommend.

Part F were the only one of 3 estimates who bothered to do a site visit. That almost made me decide right then. The advice was excellent and agreed installation date. The engineer / installer was very professional and tidy and also bothered to fix a fault he discovered on the other side of the ceiling. As a bonus ( but important) the Part F quote was also a bit less than the other two quotes. I’d unhesitatingly recommend the small growing company Part F.

Had my HIU serviced by Keith who was very good at providing information about how it worked and what he was doing during the service. He also provided information about new regulations about the air flow and how this would make the unit a bit more louder than before.
