everything is fake about Parsley Health you can tell: they prescribed tons of exams, supplements never get back to you between 2 appointments even when they receive blood test results..
Do not get back to you even when you send an articulated letter of frustration and complain...

They just do not care.

My next move: cancelling my credit card on file

I entered my information to set up an account in February 2024 and was considering signing up for their services. As far as I could tell, I never agreed to pay anything and did not enter a credit card. After looking at Parsley Health and a couple of other options, I went with Allara Health and never thought about Parsley again. Fast forward to late August 2024 when I get a call from one of Parsley's sales reps about signing up. After talking to her I thought it might be the right fit and made an appointment with a doctor for the end of October. On October 1, I received a bill for $700, seven months of $100 charges! Not once in those seven months did I get a bill, a notification, anything! When I messaged them, they basically said "too bad" and that I should "contact my insurance." I would have shut down my account in March had I realized I was being charged every month. Between the poor billing experience and the abysmal customer service, I am canceling my service immediately and have filed a complaint with the BBB.

Save your money and time and look elsewhere for functional medicine providers! Parsley Health appears to have lots of staffing issues - I had two doctors, 3 nurses and 2 customer care representatives over the course of 2 months - lots of turn over. Doctors did not listen. They made quick a diagnosis and tried to make me fit into it, despite my symptoms not matching their diagnosis. Seems just as bad, or worse, than traditional western medicine. Dr. Nori Janosz actually talked over me during my appointment. She was a little sales girl, for sure, ordering multiple repetitive labs, even after we discussed keeping lab orders to a minimum due to out of pocket costs. Lots of hidden fees in the service. Dr. Nori Janosz did not hear my concerns or symptoms, and what she did hear, she manipulated to diminish, if not disregard, what I was saying. Just a gross experience for someone seeking help and trusted advice on their health. Health coach did nothing for me. AVOID THIS SERVICE AND THEIR PROVIDERS.

Horrible. Do not waste your time and money here. They will shrink your wallet and not be transparent about charges. They do great marketing (seriously, don't buy into it), which is how they've been able to create a business. But their concept of functional medicine is not true to what functional root cause medicine should be. Not sure if Parsley will be around much longer. Just another heavily venture-backed healthcare company that doesn't have its operations to a tee and a strong foundation for growth. It seems to be a sinking ship.

Parsley Health is an exploitive company and I promise you will not see significant results. The company serves more as a therapist than a healer - they are excellent at listening and comforting and terrible at adding any value to your health. I struggled with significant fatigue and after using Parsley for a year, did not gain any value whatsoever. I tried multiple practitioners at parsley, and frankly, every single one of them had nothing to offer, beyond trite health advice. Partitioners suggested checking for mold testing, gut health, etc etc. I consider myself very informed on functional health, while not an expert or a medical professional. Their recommendations are straight from a google search - all of these things are very common functional areas to evaluate. You do not need to pay parsley for such advice. Furthermore, one practitioner suggested I read a random book that had nothing to do with my issues. This is the kind of fake shenaniganry Parsley will provide you as health recommendations. The health coaches are also a complete joke - they will recommend similarly useless things. I seriously question most practitioners are qualified to provide holistic, functional care in a field that is rapidly, evolving with continuous research one needs to deeply understand and stay on top of. Furthermore, I'm highly skeptical the company itself treats its staff well. I recommend spending your money on your own independent blood testing, doing your own research (follow reddit threats, start to build your understanding of your body). Since working on my health independently, I am much more in tune with my body. I understand how my energy levels fluctuate, what was affecting my low cortisol and weight gain. And I'm on the path to true healing, and already feel MUCH better than I did with any of their recommendations. You can expect nothing more than an ineffective one size fits all playbook from Parsley.

Parsley has made it so easy to work to solve to root of my hormonal imbalances –– I am immensely impressed by the doctor and health coach I worked with and the overall process. It has surpassed my expectations for Telehealth and a root-centered approach.

Root Cause Resolution for the win! I enrolled in Parsley Health, hoping to manage chronic fatigue, poor immunity, and digestive problems, and wound up learning and treating so much more! After blood work and a specialty test, I learned that I was suffering from SIBO, and this was actually the root cause of most of my problems. I had had it so long that we learned it was leading to vitamin deficiencies. My doc put me on the right path the health and healing, and I haven't felt this ALIVE or healthy in YEARS!
BONUS that you also get a health coach at Parsley! She helped me with some easy meal ideas that my family loves and keeps gut health in check!
Parsley is EVERYTHING you're not getting from traditional healthcare. Be patient, trust the process, and enjoy your new lease on longevity!

Extremely hard to get appointments as they simply have too few doctors. The doctors are good, but due to volume of patients and delays between visits end up asking you the same questions.
Good knowledge on digestive issues, but cost is high and service is poor.

We had the highest of hopes that you could provide help, but thus far our client experience has been nothing but disappointing. We have already had 2 different appointments canceled within 24 hours of the appointment, more like 4 hours. This feels very much like extortion, as a facility to have us maintain payments while not providing the complete service as promised I have spent hours calling, and leaving messages for NO response, no resolution, no communication. I understand virtual concierge medicine very well. Do you value customers? Do you value reviews? We would appreciate any help that anyone can provide.
