The service was great and friendly

Exceptional customer service. The staff are fantastic and very knowledgeable. Having worn glasses for 25+ years this is the first time someone has taken the time to discuss my needs and work out which frames will work for me including sports glasses ( to reduce the lenses misting up) , general and sun glasses.
The whole team are brilliant - I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely be returning to them for future check ups.

Park Vision has been life changing for our son. We took him to see Michelle for a school vision test about 7 years ago. He was in year 5 and still struggling to learn to read showing dyslexic tendencies. His new glasses transformed his vision and his life. He received brilliant GCSE results today and will be studying for his A levels in Science and Maths next. Someone managed to break his glasses midway through his exams and Park Vision were able to rush through the order and replace them very quickly which we were very grateful for. The Park Vision team are very professional and helpful and the benefits of school vision assessment are huge. I cannot recommend them enough.

I had the advanced eye test with Michelle, who diagnosed a double vision problem I was having which two other big chains could not. I bought a very nice pair of glasses which I managed to sit on several months later. They were totally flat... with the arms open! The frames were titanium and the hinges had been severely twisted.

I returned to see what could be done. Amanda kept them for a few days and managed to straighten them to be as good as new. Astonishing! And there was no charge.

Warning: you can't straighten plastic frames, so kids don't you try sitting on your glasses at home.

Park Vision are truly brilliant from the great welcome when you walk through the door to the attentive, caring expert optician. Had a previous bad experience with a high street optician and the people at Park Vision are on another level and literally rectified an ongoing eye issue within 24hours.
