I've had replacement doors and windows from Park Lane at various properties over the last 35 years and they are always fantastic - good products, good price and good service.
(The one time I went somewhere else, I very much regretted it)

I have just had a new patio door fitted by Park Lane Windows and they did a fantastic job. They were very kind and were able to order my new door for me a very short space of time as my old door was leaking very badly and allowing rainwater into my lounge.
I could not recommend them enough and would certainly order from them again.

The whole process from the sales to the installation have been great. Could have asked for more.

Dave from Park lane Windows has been extremely helpful in assisting us with replacing our stable door. The fitters were professional and took the old door away and left our hallway neater than when they arrived. We are very happy with the final product. The showroom is great and really helps visualise the options available.

From reception staff,sales advisor,site surveyor and installers we found Park Lane a most efficient and friendly company. The end product is excellent so they are highly recommended.

The service from start to finish was great

From start to finish park lane windows have been brilliant. I decided to change the windows I had chosen with just over 2 weeks before my installation date and the company were totally obliging with Paul the surveyor sending me a revised plan the next day. Work was carried out to a very high standard. Every person I have had contact with has been helpful and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We placed an order for 12 windows and a new front door. Unfortunately the order was slightly delayed but they kept me informed of the delay and organised a new date. The fitters were absolutely brilliant! Lee & Rohan were very professional and the quality of the installation was excellent. Being an older house some of the windows were tricky to remove and a little damage was caused in removing them around the reveals. But they made us aware, made good the damage, and now just needs a bit of painting. The quality of the product is excellent and it's made such a difference to our house with lots of positive comments from people in the village. Professional, courteous and hard working, Lee and Rohan were awesome. Even fitting the windows in a storm didn't delay the job :) Great job. Thankyou

I have a fensa guarantee had a window with some mold growing in between glass, phoned up and was told the glass his only guaranteed for five years .fensa guarantee 10 years , lady told me she might be able to sort it still waiting for her to ring

Work carried out installing my new conservatory was excellent The contractors were professional. Done a good job tidy up after their selves no faults at all.

Brilliant service from replacing my French doors

Was very hesitant about getting windows as I really didn't want to deal with the hard sell from a pushy sales man but after reading parklane reviews I went with them.so glad I did as Scott was great .he arrived on time measured up and we talked about what we wanted and the costs , even showed us ways to make it cheaper.from him arriving the deal was done in a hour .was so relieved on how painless that part was .Windows arrived 6 weeks later and it took the 2 fitters 2 days to fit 10 windows and 2 doors and we couldn't be happier with them.and the quality of the work.so.thank you to parklane windows from start to finish and for making it such a smooth and
pleasant experience.

From start to finish Park Lane were professional and courteous and the new windows and front door have given our home a makeover that has added much needed kerb appeal! Park Lane also completed a total renovation of a neglected conservatory giving us a much more useable space all year round. We were very happy with all the fitters and trades involved and the project was finished in good time, thank you to all involved.

I was really apprehensive about changing my timber windows in my period property to UPVC, but I was so cold last winter i felt I needed to face my fears.
From the initial contact with Scott and Paul who were so helpful (also very understanding as I am super fussy 🙄) and then finally fitting (Shane and Dan) fabulous guys!

Just had a front door, french doors and a side garage door fitted by Park Lane. Chris and Freddy were friendly and did a great job, going the extra mile in helping swap over the hard wired ring doorbell. This is the second time we’ve used Park Lane and we will continue recommending them to our friends and family.

We went to Park Lane without hesitation to install a garden room, following on from them fitting doors and windows some time ago. The whole team were fantastic from the very start. The build was challenging as everything had to go through the house as no rear access. From the initial planning, the installers, electricians, A/C engineers. We couldn’t have asked for a better service. On time and updated at every part of the build. I couldn’t be happier with the result. Well done to Paul and his team. Great group of people and cannot recommend them all enough. If you are considering a garden room/windows/doors…call them first.

£95 call out charge to give a quote for two cloudy panes! Seriously? I'll be using Clayson Windows who don't charge a penny. Disgusting.

It was a very positive and happy experience. Starting with the easygoing and informative quote, everything was explained clearly without any pressure sales tactics you might expect. My windows were fitted on time, to the exact spec I ordered. The window fitters were very polite and considerate and did a high-quality job.
