A well deserved 5 star for Jo and the team so helpful and so friendly but also the best prices.
We set up a new business insurance for a stater business but also added our other business of 35 years and both were competitive quotes.
In todays world running a business Jo made what some people make unnecessarily complicated easy and gave the human contact all the way through. Our insurance will definitely stay with Park Insurance and Jo as was a breath of fresh air dealing with her.

Absolutely outstanding service from Park Insurance! The team were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process stress-free and easy. It was easier than a compare website.
What really stood out was their willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I got the best cover and felt completely looked after. It’s rare to find customer service this personal and attentive these days.

Brilliant customer service
Really happy to with service we received whistl booking insurance for the field-turned-car park at our wedding. Miles was so helpful, thorough, prompt to respond and friendly. It was such a relief to have someone so helpful, even with such a small thing, as we needed to meet the land owners brief which I found somewhat confusing - Miles was brilliant though and I would absolutely rate Park Insurance for their quotation customer service!

Like no other companies we have ever…
Like no other companies we have ever used, I run Russells Circus with a large fleet of vehicles, they are keen to learn our needs, our company is constantly changing its fleet which they make so simple for us, we buy trucks, and one quick phone call they have us covered, we certainly would not go with anyone else

I have used this company for many years…
I have used this company for many years for my public liability insurance. Im always reminded before it's due and if I ring them about a quiere its sorted quickly. I now have my house insurance with them. The members of staff I've talked to over the years are always very nice and helpful, plus they do get back to you when things are sorted.
