This company is a textbook example of how private parking enforcement has become a lawless, parasitic industry.

I received PCNs while parked legally at my own home — with a tenancy agreement that explicitly gives me the right to park. I sent them proof. Their response? Ignore the evidence, demand irrelevant personal information, and hide behind a deliberately broken “appeals process” designed to exhaust people into giving up.

They don’t engage with facts, they don’t follow reason, and they certainly don’t care about lawful rights. They are arrogant, dismissive, and operating in bad faith.

Their behaviour borders on harassment, and they are hiding behind “process” to avoid accountability. If you’re a resident or tenant dealing with this company, know that your tenancy rights do override these cowboy tactics. Completely unacceptable.

Scum. Money grabbing. Underground parking where the only way to pay is to use the app that require internet connection. Scum.

Zero stars ….. Scumbags have scratched my car whilst taking photographic evidence.

Ignored the issue completely and still issued a fine. Small claims court coming up, using their own evidence to prove time/date of damage.

Ticketed within 4 minutes so I couldn’t even grab a visitors pass ! I think this is illegal there has to be a grace period this part of the complaint ignored and referred to balif

watch out for scammers pcm this company should be punished with high compensation for defrauding money. I had a permit and they took a picture of me with the permit and wrote to me that it was a copy of the permit so I sent them insurance confirmation that I live there and it's not a copy of the permit so I bought a new permit. And they still want money from me 60f

Trustpilot maybe you should start doing something about it it's great that such a website was created, but you have to if pcm is cheating people and intimidating people start doing something trustpilot

Never use a PCM car park. Horrid cretins. HOW companies like this are allowed to operate is beyond me!

Their signage is not clear, in my opinion, on purpose, so that they can rob the public blind of £100 (more than standard London Boroughs penalty charge fee, which is usually £40 - £60 maximum).

I paid for parking on the day in question and even took pictures of the parking notice - and was still fined. Because in PCM's small print, it says you have to be in a marked bay, even though, they are not clearly marked!!

PCM strategically place the parking bay codes above a parking spot that is "illegal", leading one to believe that you are indeed in a marked bay.

You can't call anyone or email anyone at PCM, so after two letters (hello, what century are we in?!?), it was clear the AI bot was not answering my poignant and specific questions.

I was handed to a debt collection agency where I still asked the same question, "could I please have proof of my so called violation?"

Only then, did a human give me an answer. Basically, pay it, otherwise it's going to get worse financially for you.

Choices are A) approach POPLA (time prohibitive and potentially more costly with debt collection fees racking up) B) pay the fine.

I don't use the word HATE very often but if you work at PCM, I truly and genuinely feel for you that you work for such a hated company. I hope you get paid well to waste people's precious time and precious money - and work for horrid humans.

I trust karma will come for PCM in the end. Our government certainly won't do anything about it (I suspect they're getting a backhander anyway).

Just hideous that companies like this are not held more accountable.

no respect for elders with bladder issues

These people are made of stone. Lack of empathy! Lame services!

I just parked for a property viewing and left within 10-15 mins where agent failed to show me the entrance of the carpark or available parking space. No temporary unloading or loading parking space, visitor parking or pay on phone parking available in the property, where they intentionally issue PCN to cheat other monies.

Unfair Fine – Landlord Penalised for 10-Minute Visit!

Absolutely ridiculous experience. I’m the landlord of the property and, as required, the parking permit is issued to my tenant. I stopped by the property for less than 10 minutes to collect rent and was issued a £60 fine.

I explained this clearly in my appeal—yet it was dismissed without any consideration. I wasn't blocking anyone, I wasn’t abusing the system—I was fulfilling my responsibility as a landlord.

It feels like nothing more than a money-making scheme. The lack of flexibility or common sense is shocking. It’s about time the UK Government took action against these exploitative practices. Unless, of course, they’re getting a cut too…

Avoid at all costs. These companies need serious regulation.

Worst parking company ever. Has anyone not payed their fine?

Absolutely disgusting company. My permit fell from my window on to the passenger seat and they fined me. When I showed them my permit they said "we will reduce it to £20" WHY??? I have paid for my parking space and I have a valid permit.

Also the car reg is registered in the online portal - so why didn't they check that as well??? What's the point in residents giving that information online if it is just ignored?

Imagine being arrested for a crime, and after they find evidence you DID NOT commit the crime, the police say "well we still need to charge you with something...!"

DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE. They are leeches, and any one who works for them should be ashamed of themselves.

Luckily we are going to be changing service provider on our estate, and the first service they will remove will be PCM - so they can stop gouging people who are parking in their correct parking spaces.

Also new permits still haven't been issued for this year, so a wave of PCNs will be incoming at Hendon Waterside.

I am absolutely appalled by PCM’s service. As a disabled individual with my badge clearly displayed, I was wrongfully issued a PCN, and PCM’s handling of my case was nothing short of disgraceful. Their complete disregard for the rights and dignity of vulnerable people is infuriating. I spent countless hours gathering evidence and challenging this injustice, only to be met with indifference and unethical practices. PCM's behavior is a blatant exploitation of the system, and I urge everyone to steer clear of their services.

Bloody scammer

This is an absolutely terrible company—nothing but scammers trying to take money from people unfairly.

I received two penalty charges within 8-9 days (PC33810743 and PC33811407), both under the exact same circumstances. I had to travel abroad urgently due to a family bereavement and, in the stress of the situation, forgot to display my valid permit before leaving.

I appealed both penalties, providing full evidence. My appeal for one of them (PC33810743) was accepted, and the fine was reduced to £20, which I paid immediately. However, I never heard back about the second penalty (PC33811407) until I was suddenly hit with a debt recovery notice—completely out of the blue!

When I contacted Parking Control Management, they finally sent me the rejection letter, but by then, it had already escalated. I explained multiple times that both tickets were for the same incident and that I had already been granted a discretionary reduction for the first one. Despite submitting the exact same evidence, they dismissed my appeal, claiming "each case is reviewed individually." It’s clear they never even looked at it properly.

To make matters worse, their customer service is absolutely shocking. When I called to discuss this issue, the agent I spoke to was extremely rude and hung up on me! Instead of listening or offering any help, they treated me with complete disrespect.

Now, I’m receiving debt collection letters for a penalty I cannot afford to pay. This is completely unfair, unethical, and feels like a money-grabbing scam. Avoid this company at all costs! 🚨

PCM looks like PCN is even written in a way to convince you that they are officially fining you. Both occasions I got tickets and I appealed, no I'm seeing you in court and I will make you pay for wasting my time. I'm also reporting you to the ombudsman and DVLA must stop giving you our details as you've been scamming the public over and over again. Any watchdog please reachout to me, I have 2 cases and I can show you my proof. Everything is designed to steal the public's money.

Terrible company. Ripping off people and even if you have a proof, they are not willing to cancel the tickets

Scammers, immoral, elusive, unprofessional, threatening, and completely justify everyone’s thoughts and feelings towards Traffic Wardens.

Slapped with a dozen tickets in a very short space of time, despite parking in my allotted bay and with my permit.

Turns out they had randomly decided to change the permits to new ones (for no reason other than to scam money out of people), so by the time I had scrambled and got myself the new ones, it was too late.

Then they reject your Appeal, no matter what you wrote and no matter how valid - guarantee they don’t even read them, they just automatically reject - and then make themselves as elusive as possible when you try to call through to discuss with them.

Minimal office hours, usually spend ages on hold, often no one even answers, and when they do a lot of the time they are told “they can’t discuss open cases”. Well then what is the point?!

They just put every blocker in place to cheat decent people out of your money.

It’s “pay it or go to Court”.

Would they even take you to Court? Probably not. A pathetic, unethical, predatory company like this just hide behind threatening emails and letters and refuse to engage, so I wouldn’t mind betting that they have absolutely zero power to take Court action, even when they escalate to their Debt Collectors.

An embarrassment of a company, and I for one will continue to spread the message that Traffic Wardens are disgusting people who deserve all of the negative they get.
