Terrible, issued ticket to resident with a permit who was unloading to property. But didn’t issue a ticket to a van who has been parked day and night and didn’t have a permit. Not interested in appeals. Awful company.

Aldi and Lidl have made a huge PR blunder employing these rip off merchants to patrol their car parks. I got an invoice for supposedly having a wheel on a white dividing line. Even if this were true - it isn't according to the pics - the tiny spaces sometimes make my small custom van impossible to park and actually get out of the van and enable others to get in to their cars on the other side. Since this is a hire vehicle the invoice was paid on my behalf not even giving me the chance to appeal. I will appeal anyway and take it to the IPC. At a time when everyone is struggling I wonder how these criminals sleep at night. I wonder if they were on their doorsteps clapping my NHS wife in 2020.

Useless company, customer service is awful. So I have a mortgaged property for which the developers decided to get PCM in to monitor visiting spaces. I have two spaces at the rear of my property and never requested for these to be monitored. The jobsworth parking guy will look for any excuse to penalise the residents even when the permit is displayed he will take pictures to make it look like it isn’t! Terrible company, why do companies like this exist!

The landowner receive the parking management services for free and the parking company receives the revenue for affixing tickets. So of course it’s in their interest to give tickets. No grace period or consideration period given. Your appeals are not taken into consideration.
You can only appeal via the IAS, which is part of the IPC. Uk Signs Ltd is a partner of IPC which is also owned by the director of PCM…all in this together. They do not read your appeals and are always in favour of Parking Control Management.

I stoped for one minute to let my partner out of the car the operator was sitting in a car took a photo without my knowledge and I received a ticket in the post, shortly after this the attendant parked on the pavement in the same spot as me and left the car there while issuing tickets absolute disgrace this company should be shut down as they are a cowboy outfit and only interested in your money and not in managing parking absolutely awful

Nasty company making an unscrupulous living. If you are block management - unless you want to make your residents lives a living nightmare I would suggest avoiding this company. They are also a nightmare to deal with from a client point of view. I have now hired a better company for my estate.

Greedy little cowboy company stealing money off people. The sign they claim was at the garage where I parked for 10 minutes was covered over. They claim it was there, but if it can’t be seen then how does anyone know it’s there. Shameful miss use of a pathetic law.

The warden must have been hiding and waiting for me to park. Due to safeguarding rules, I cannot give a reason why I needed to park urgently, but due to building works, there were no spaces in the immediate area. Within a minute of me walking away from the car, someone photographed my car, including 4 photos of the inside of my car - why? Surely that contravenes certain rules? I have paid as I cannot disclose why I needed to urgently park my car, but it feels wrong.

Grubby little company owned by a greedy little man from out eastwards. Greedy, unprofessional, with no common sense, and typical of the uneducated for adopting predatory means for money from old rope. Nobody can be proud if they don't earn their money with value, and these are the definition of uneducated and low-life people. If I was in their shoes, I would be jumping on the train tracks at Slough.

I was doing a job in a customers flat and was only there for 15minutes. Fair enough I was unlucky guess.

What was disappointing though was the ticket wasn't stuck to the wind screen making it clearly visible but instead folded up under the wiper. Perhaps the attendant likes Origami. Phew! lucky I noticed otherwise I may have had to pay more

They photographed my Mum pulling out of my parking space and claimed she was parked in the middle of the road. They rejected the appeal. I look forward to them attempting to take my Mum to court, as the photos they took clearly show the car in two different places, proving it was moving! Absolute cowboys!

They sneakly waited for me to leave my car and within 2 minutes they put a ticket on my car, when I went to drop of urgent medication for my palliative mother who required a specific dosage and a specific time. I arrived at 6.36pm and ticket time is 6.38pm.
I got back to my car at 6.40pm.
Disgusting and unprofessional!

Illegal operators in the private space, just have been thrown out of my building scheme. Do not have legal bases to operate at all. Do not pay any tickets.

Does not look at appeals just standard response for every issues ignore this company until they transfer the account to their legal firm, they will listen to your complaint

Worst parking management company out there, totally inconsiderate. These cowboys should not be allowed to operate.

Beware of this company. Their ticket inspectors literally wait around to give tickets without giving people any grace period. Very poor management of customers.
I was a resident where they gave me a ticket while i was trying to move on another person blocking my allocated space. He wrote up a ticket within 30 seconds then just ran away. Absolute scammers only interested in making money. Disgraceful

Very bad service, keep getting tickets which make no sense. receiving response on appeal about different person completely. COW BOY company. using resident to provide them with pictures of car instead of their own agents. Unprofessional and uncompetent. Very hard to communicate with.

POOR PARKING MANAGEMENT, THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO MARK THE PARKING SPACE. THEY CANNOT ALLOCATE PARKING SPACES FOR ALL THE RESIDENTS IN A PRIVATE PLACE.

I paid to park at Royal Wharf for 24hours at around 2pm on a Saturday at a cost of £20.00! only to be surprised with a ticket on my windscreen at 05:00am the next morning, when my ticket didn't expire until 2pm that day, some 9 hours later!
I appealed on-line and they rejected appeal! appealed again, after waiting 14 days and still nothing! had to chase them again - wasted MY time and effort and then they just 'casually say' the ticket has been cancelled! IT SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN ISSUED IN THE FIRST PLACE, SO THEY HAVE THE FRIGGIN AUDACITY TO SAY IT'S BEEN CANCELLED, AFTER MAKING ME APPEAL TWICE! MAKING ME DO ALL THE LEG WORK AND THEY ARE SITTING THERE JUST IGNORING LEGITIMATE APPEALS! THEY SHOULD BE TAKEN TO COURT THEMSELVES - THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS AND THEY KNOW IT - THERE IS NO EMPATHY OR JUST BEHAVIOUR FROM THEM IN LINE WITH WHAT THE PARKING REGULATORS INSIST UPON FOR PRIVATE PARKING COMPANIES! JUST FLAT OUT REFUSALS TO BE FAIR AND JUST! HOPEFULLY JUST A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE THEY LOSE THEIR TRADING LICENCE! GOOD RIDDANCE TOO!
