Efficient service. Well signposted. Car ready as we landed.

Had to wait 30 mins on drop off and had to call twice as they missed the time slots they had provided. Also waited 45 mins on pick up.
Extended the parking by 1 day and it cost 60% of the whole 7 day booking to extend by 1 day - up to them what they charge but at that cost it’s taking advantage.

Very nice staff on drop off and even more polite driver when picked up my car good time I will look for them again when needed driver are very welcoming Anil and the other one very nice experience with them thank you . Regards

BE AWARE! The offer included a free valet on the website advert, so that’s what steered me to choose this company over others as the price was pretty much the same. However upon collection the vehicle had not been cleaned at all and in addition the annoying thing is that over 70 Miles had been driven in the vehicle without our permission!
WON’T BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN! False advertising & unauthorised use of my vehicle!

They are thieves. Lies throughout. When I drove there, it was 20 miles North of Manchester airport!! Not 10 minutes transfer time as advertised.
When I got there it was evening rush hour, dark and no signage at all. It was a miracle that I even found the place. From the outset they were unprofessional and I had bad vibes, but I had a flight to catch, so no time for questions.
When I arrived back from Thailand (23 hours travelling and very tired), I called them. The man who I spoke to told me clearly that they were not going to pick me up from Manchester airport!! He told me to get a taxi to them, to pick up my car. He told me that Parking Buddy would reimburse my taxi fare…….all bloody lies.
When I arrived at the parking site, there were many other people there, all had been conned!!
Parking Buddy needs to accept responsibility for this!!!

Driver already at airport waiting. Handover efficient. Car ready and keys available as soon as I arrived to collect it.

Arrival and pickup was very easy. Would use them again.

75 minute wait after calling at the baggage reclaim. Aggressively spoken to and lied to. No remorse. Shocking service after a 10 hour flight. Also, the car dashboard was reset for what reason?

Very polite and efficient service. And really good timing with return of car.
Very helpful as I had left a small but important item in the car at drop off and this was returned as speedily as possible.

The whole experience was terrible really. The address indicated on the parking voucher was wrong. We drove there just to find ourselves in the middle of nowhere. We called the number on the voucher, they answered at the third try and they gave us a new address 2 miles away. No apologies or other explanation regarding the mistake. We arrived at the indicated address, showed the voucher to the guy at the reception and he said....."no this is not here". You can imagine what we felt at that moment. I insisted he double-check and calls the number I called, he did that then he said "Well...yeah you are here. Just park anywhere you want and look for the van going to the airport." NEVER AGAIN!!!!

On my return I had to call a few times before someone picked up the phone and then I was told that my car would arrive in around 40 minutes as they were very busy! I have always used meet & greet car parks and the longest I've had to wait is 20 minutes. To me this is unacceptable. Even though my car was not driven more than needed to park off airport, all my settings - phone connection, saved radio stations were messed up.

i have used a meet and greet service before and so far have had so many poor experiences - I was reluctant to try again, should have stuck to my guns! Smooth delivery but collection rang over and over again but got busy signal, left several voicemail messages and two text messages and finally someone got back to me and my car re-appeared almost an hour after I got my luggage. Definitely never again.

Dropping car was lovely and a good driver but on my return, picking up was horrible. As soon as touch ground, I rang number provided and driver said to ring him when I pass passport control. I rang back and driver said in 20 mins. I rang back in 20 mins, driver said he was dropping off a car he is going back to the office and will get to me in 8mins. In 8 mins I rang the driver, who at this time became very rude and threatened me that if I keep calling him, the longer he would take and did not turn up for another 20mins. When he turned not even a hello, handed me my key and parking ticket asked me to sign and walked away. What a horrible meet and greet experience especially after a long flight I didn’t need that at all. I will not use this people anymore for my parking and will not recommend.

Buddy Meet & Greet were professional, efficient and on-time.

Very friendly, helpful staff. It was so much easier to have a stand at the airport in the car park. My car was waiting for me when I arrived back to Luton. I would definitely recommend and will use again. Very reasonably priced too.
