This experience was awful. Find a spot with a normal meter or better yet find a free parking spot somewhere else

Bad experience. Came back to our car with 4 minutes to spare and they were just posting a parking ticket on our windshield, saying that their system had told them it was expired. Showed her on my phone where it said I still had 4 minutes left and said to me " oh well, it must've been something wrong with our system" Told me to take a screenshot and dispute it later on to the number posted on the ticket or I would be getting charged $10.

Paying two service fees to extended a time period is just plain corporate theft.

I received a parking ticket during my time, I would like to dispute how this happened.

The title says it all. The ability to charge $20 for parking alone is atrocious.

Easy to use. App. And up quickly and putting data in was intuitive.

5 minutes cost $21, and 2 hours cost $21. Annoying that you can’t extend for a few minutes without paying double.

Gave me a parking ticket while I was in the concert!

I established account some time ago so I don't have to enter my information each time. However, I still have to enter everything each time I use the parking. It is a frustration because it takes so long each time. I thought once I entered account info it would be faster each time.

The QR code would not work, not only that the payment screen stayed stuck for over 10 min that I had to start a new session which was far BUT to then figure out I was charged for the first one so I had two charges.

I paid for parking and still got a ticket within my 2 hour window that I paid for. I have called and left voicemails to try and dispute it and no one has called back.

Update: Thank you for the response. However, that still does nothing for the fact that I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone to dispute the charge I incurred for no reason. Can you provide a better contact to get ahold of a live agent.

I paid for 1 hour get a text 23 minutes after I paid telling me my time was going to run out. I thought that was weird since I had paid for an hour anyways I figured I had an hour anyways. So when I walked back to my car I had a $10 dollar violation on my window . I felt I got scammed to be honest I will not be using this service ever again.

I was charged the full amount again for extending my time by one hour. I paid in total of 40 dollars to park.

I still received a parking ticket even after extending my parking time within the needed time frame. And while I will submit proof, it is quite a hassle to have to go through all the steps to fight the ticket. I was very disappointed and what should have been a process made simpler was quite the opposite :-(

Shady company. Prepaid for parking and they still gave me a parking ticket 30 minutes before my prepaid time expired. Bystander said they do that to everyone in hopes they just pay the extra fine. This company will drive customers away from WestGate. They should be fired.

Downloaded the app, set up acct, (used it a day or so before this incident) tried to scan and pay using the app. Went thru the process 4 times and it would never fully load. Had my friend try to scan and pay on his phone, it would never get thru the process so we could pay. After spending 15-20 minutes trying to get it to work. Went into store for less than 30 minutes, came out to find a ticket for 5x the rate... so ridiculous!!
