Made a reservation but system screwed up dates and had to pay to exit even though I purchased parking day before Online! No attendant on duty. Don't park here if you have a nice vehicle!

Horrible experience!!! I had a reservation and this lot was oversold and full upon arrival. Sign out front blocking entrance directed people to the parking garage on the other side of the street. That garage was also full with their entrance blocked off. No attendant onsite to direct where to go. The security/attendant for the overflow lot gave a phone number that led to no one. Called the number on the website for my lot and wasn't given any type of direction as to where I could park. I emailed customer service (on website) that same night, and still 8 days later have not heard a word back from anyone. Finally filed a chargeback thru my credit card company. It is down right wrong to take reservations and not be able to fulfill them. I had to find another lot that charged much higher rates (for an entire week) in order to not miss my flight. DO NOT give these people your business.

Low season parking was full had to park on the top floor

We found three problems: 1- there were no spaces and we were forced to park at the end of a row where there were no marked spaces and 2- none of the phone numbers worked when we returned to LAX.3- the instructions stated to find the red hotel shuttle on the 1st floor and it was on the 2nd. We were able to finally figure it out but it took an hour or so of very tense walking around.

Booking the parking was fine. Getting to the airport was fine. Getting back was horrible!
Landed at Lax at 11 pm- website said go to arrival level! Finally realized it's supposed to be departure level then waited for over an hour!!! They only had one shuttle running and there were so many people waiting that people were pushing and shoving to get on!!
Finally got to my car by 12;30am!!!!

The drivers were very good. I did not give it five stars due to shuttles were not every twenty minutes. I think there were only two on a busy Friday Night.

Get a better service waited over an hour for shuttle last night cheaper is not better in terms of service then they tried to charge me for extra time saying I was late while there driver's were dropping passengers off at other parking structures for tips.I will rent from Joe's or any other service next time since they have more than one shuttle

We arrived 30 mins later than we had made our reservation for. They didn’t let us out without paying more. Security nearby luckily was nice enough to put his code in and let us out. If I would have known they charge for being a little late I would have put the latest time available. Also… the car next to me got it’s tires stolen during my car’s stay. They were there before my drop off and after I picked up my car, the car was lifted up on jacks and tires were stolen. Poor owner.

It is clear that many people have been parked there for months, because of that their car is covered in inches of dust and on the lower levels. I had to go up 5 floors of cars that were there for months to find a spot for my one week stay. There were also so many cars parked in spots that were NOT spots making it hard to get around and dangerous for the cars that were parked there. Good thing to note there is no bathroom there, and you will be waiting for at least 30 minutes for the shuttle.

I was an hour late and had to pay $6.00. I didn’t think the time had to be specific since I thought I was being charged on a daily rate, not an hourly rate. But I still might use the parking again in the near future.

With the reservation, it is still hard to look for an open parking spot.

Need more shuttle service. Shuttle stops to other parking services which delays everything.

Easy access and exit using the QR code.
Only thing is garage missing Restroom facilities.

Waited over an hour for a shuttle at the airport, and then got charged for parking beyond reservation time. I tried calling shuttle dispatch several times and no one ever answered. No attendant was at the parking structure.

It was an easy, no hassle parking situation. Will definitely use again.

First off the ease of making a reservation is great. But only gave 3 stars because the parking facility was not in good condition. The elevators were out of order and the stairway was to say the least hazardous. The stairs are crumbling and with rusted metal pieces coming apart off the treads. Almost stepped on one which would of went through my foot. Then exiting the stairway there was vomit on the floor....

Had to park on the roof after looking for parking for 15 min. But paid for covered parking.

one shuttle passed at the airport with out stopping. Had to wait 40 mins for shuttle.

I paid $14 for all-day which was an awesome price. But my flight was late and I picked up my vehicle 3 hours later than the original time and they charged me $15.50 extra just for 3 hours over.

I was double charged for this parking, first when I created the order and then a second time when i exited the parking garage.

405 parking and Value Park LAX are the worst ,we wait for more than 1 hour and we paid to uber to take us the parking lot because they don't have enough buses to pickup from the airport, beside that they don't pick up the phone when you are waiting....
