It was easy to do on my phone and affordable. Wasn’t worried about my vehicle at all

Purse got stolen out of vehicle and no one answered phone to get cameras looked at

Location and clear directions for payment. Having a reminder of my time remaining was helpful, though it was a flat rate for the entire day.

Easy to use app, reminders of time left were helpful, secure with cameras and good size parking for our larger truck.

This was so easy! I had jury duty, which was downtown and parking is not only terrible, but I knew that I would not be able to use a two hour meter of course. And I didn’t want to have to be driving around and around. Looking for lots when I knew I had to be there right on time. And I didn’t even have to mess with any equipment for payment or anything like that!

Wasn't sure how long I would need as we were on vacation. Sign stated $15 for all day. Our plans got delayed and I ended up needing more time than I bargained for. I had to pay another $15 whereas if I had just paid for an entire day the first time it would have cost $15, not $30. Poor judgement on my part and a costly mistake. Didn't seem fair at all.

I was happy to find a parking spot close to the courthouse for my jury duty call, but was frustrated when there was no option to obtain a partial refund of the $15.00 I got stuck when I was let out early! I had no idea how long the jury duty selection would take, and am not happy with being charged for more than I needed!

Super quick, easy to use.

While trying to use the app, I continued to get an Internal Error message. The lot charges $22 per day. When I called for support, the representative and supervisor told me I could pay for the daily rate of $22 then pay again after 2PM the nightly rate. They wanted to charge me twice for one days parking.
When I informed them that the app only charges a one time fee for the day they said the app was wrong. I have been using the app for three years. They said the app has been wrong for three years. You can understand why I realized I was working with i.d.i.o.t.s. (Apparently on cannot call people what they are)
I left the lot and parked in another lot where the app worked.
Additionally, the app just sucks!

You pay through the app. It still get a ticket.

We used this lot right next to Staybridge, and it was no-hassle, convenient, and there was plenty of room between cars.

Good so far , was just 20$ for 3.5 hours and so far no hidden fees

The concept is great.. however new clients are lost on what to do to setup online. Yes fine if you have the app. But many new clients don't have . An improved instruction sign for beginners would help a lot.. I hate spending so much time trying to figure out hoe to just purchase online

Lots to say but thinking of an old adage, just say nice things.

Easy to use and ample parking. No problem with anything.

Was charged $20 twice. When I added another 30 mins I was charged the full $20 again. Will never add more time again just say you’ll be there all day! what a rip off.
