They have connected garages (literally linked) with different addresses and don’t tell you when you pull in the wrong one even when they scan your code on entry. Then upon exit say you are in a he wrong one Be very careful.

Garage did not honor my reservation
Garage did not honor my reservation. I was asked to pay at the Garage because the attendant claimed the address was different on the voucher. Asked me to request a refund from the company.

Lot Full
When we arrived to park our vehicle, we were turned away as they stated the lot was full. I explained that I had a pre-paid reservation and they instructed me to call customer service for a refund. The refund was successfully returned to my credit card, but this left my family in a vulnerable position trying to navigate to another parking facility in NYC.

Could have been 5 stars...
Good booking experience, good price, good location, BUT, the pickup was a mess. There were to garages side by side, and they couldn't find the car. We had to wait for almost 30min and then I had to follow the attended in to identify it. Reason being, they jotted down the wrong license plate number on entry.
However, the guy on pick-up (different than entry) was super nice.

Used deceptive bait & switch practices
Used deceptive bait & switch practices. We reserved a parking spot and paid in full prior to departing for the city. Once we arrived we were told there are no spots available and we were directed to a parking garage owned by the same company a block away...where we had to pay nearly 3 times the cost of the original reservation.

HORRIBLE SCAMMERS
I paid for a parking garage and the next day it
Was fully booked so I had to backup on a ramp to get out and go pay for a different garage. I contacted parking.com and they have not given me my money back. Worst company EVER!!!!! Do not reserve any parking on this website they are scammers
