Quick, but fine print.
I did like the convenience of simply clicking and done. But, if we had to extend the duration, it cost a lot more than the $9.99 per day. After choosing three hours, and then thinking it might have been an extra hour due to the business' unpredictable schedule, an additional hour or two was going to cost an additional $15. Always overestimate your stay.

Horrible
Horrible. We had to leave the game early and miss all the action because otherwise I would’ve had to pay a ton more for parking. They only give you so long to park and of course there was an hour rain delay. To me you should get parking for the whole game.

Paying was painful
I am an older person and trying to figure out how to pay took me over 30 minutes and I had to stop people to help me. You CC machine wouldn't recognize my credit card so it was a huge effort to get it done - hope I never had to park there again

Signage doesn’t provide clear pricing
Signage doesn’t provide clear pricing. I paid $15.99 because of the signage paying via app, but I could have saved $6 by paying with credit card at machine, This is deceptive advertising.

No one was at the garage working. I paid online then drove a different car and had to buy a new no parting pass so I paid twice.

Using this link to provide proof that…
Using this link to provide proof that our car was parked at 63102 Spruce and we did pay since we received this email to rate our experience. We received a letter in the mail from a debt collector stating we did not pay yet this link shows the date and location of where we parked and my bank statement shows a charge of 30.99.

For the 2nd time
For the 2nd time, my preferred credit card has been refused by your system and I have had to use a different card. I've contacted Mastercard and there is no block on the card and they suggest it is something in your system causing the problem.
