Booked through Spot Hero. Got to the garage and all lights were red, doors closed and a stop sign in front of the entry door. Tried my code, no luck and no one to help. Had to go to another garage and pay again. Wouldn’t trust them.

No touch, no sit, no drive, no ding, no wheel curbing, no smell, no one inside my car but me, parking for my car. Awesome.

The parking attendant was great. The price was even better. AND watching the automated process was fun for all of us!

Perfect location for Broadway and many wonderful restaurants. The no touch parking system is quick, easy and eliminates any damage to your car.

This was my first time at the Robo Parking, it took a long time to get in because only 1 car goes in and out at a time and the machine has to do it. However, coming back the computer was down and had to be fixed. It took 2 hours. But I would try it again!

Unfortunately on this occasion the Robo-Park lift broke down and a lengthy delay retrieving our car on exit.

We booked a spot at a Robo-Park garage recently and had a problem-free experience. We drove right in, locked our car, and check-in was easy. Retrieved our car in less than five minutes. Would definitely use again!

Friendly, helpful service and guidance from the local gentlemen for a first time user of this service.

I reserved a spot for $52 and when i got there i was turned away. They didn't have a way to give me my money back. The attendant just told us oh well, go somewhere else. Beware of ROBOPARK ! Its a money grab.
I would like a refund. I also disputed the charge on my credit card. There is no way to get in touch with anyone from parking.com or robopark.

Checking into the garage was very simple and there was a friendly man to assist us when we arrived.

The pick-up was when everything went wrong! We arrived at our allotted time and the man stated that the system was down. The mechanic was at the location trying to fix the system, but we were told it would be 35 minutes to fix. We walk back to our hotel (which we already checked out of) to sit and wait. After 35 minutes, we walk back and the man says it will be an additional hour to hour and a half. He wasn't sure when the problem would be fixed. We walk BACK to our hotel for a second time. The man stated we would be compensated for our delay. He was nice enough to take our phone number and call when it was done.

An hour and 45 minutes PAST out "check out" time, the system was fixed. In the end, we were NOT compensated and were late to the dog kennel making us have to pay more for that. Overall, we were NOT satisfied with the check out and the system failure.

The man stated it broke the night before, yet the mechanic did not show up until 7 AM the next morning. I am very angry that we did not get any compensation for the delay!

Reservation was easy, check in and pick up equally easy. Fun to watch our car being retrieved.

The employee was courteous and friendly. There was maybe a 5 minute wait to get my vehicle after we scanned in. I will definitely use this garage again!

Great Concept but Drastically Overpriced. $275 for 2 days Parking is ridiculous 😒

everything was VERY smooth...loved it!!!

Love ur automated system.
However, when I scanned to retrieve car, the screen should indicate that it was properly scanned. It doesn't display anything.

Awful! Garage was full prepaid reservation from parking.com was useless. They make it seem like it is their garage but it is not.

The staff was very helpful. And, putting car was easy and interesting. I definitely recommend this place. The price was very good as well.

Great idea, but slow to recover my car when 2 others in front of me are waiting for theirs.
