Be careful parking here . We stayed at embassy suites and used this 24/7 garage while our son had surgery. We came back to our car 2 days later and it had been broken into and thief took $10,000 in property from it. Haven’t heard a word from the company about it when I called . No return call or an I’m so sorry, parking refund, literally nothing ! DONT PARK HERE

Simple and straightforward to reserve. On site it seemed secure and there was ample parking.

Great parking price in downtown Chicago. It is walking distance to Navy Pier and easy to find!

The price was way cheaper purchasing online. And the convenience of getting off the elevator right inside the theater.

This was my first time using parking.com and it was the worst experience. First garage I paid and reserved ahead of time blocked the entrance. I then went to another other entrance which is a separate lot and my second reserved ticket gave me an IP error message. Needless to say I still had to pay to get out so I paid three times for one parking spot.

Saved us so much money. Paid $15 to park in the lot that the hotel was going to charge us $55 to park in.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the sign on the parking lot had a different address then the website. We drove around the block a couple of times before I we decided we were in the right spot.

I would use it again!!!

I was sitting in my car 15 feet away from the garage entrance ant the app put me in the wrong garage. So not only did I have to pay for the garage the app put me in, I had to pay for the garage I actually parked in .

The whole process was easy - and cheap! Simply order a spot ahead of time online, at rates far lower than drive up rates. You’re sent a QR code to scan on your way in, no paper ticket necessary! I paid less than half of the rate my hotel was charging, and stayed in the same garage! Great choice of locations as well.

Overall a good experience. The purchase was simple. Upon arriving in the garage, there was no cell signal, so I was not able to get to my pass. I took a ticket and figured that I would have to pay. While I was eating dinner, I saw there was 24hr customer support, so I called. The call was answered immediately, and I was given instructions to insert the card then scan my pass. When we left, I had made sure to access the pass while above ground. The instructions worked and we got out without having to pay extra. Thanks for the help. Maybe a tip would be to alert customers that they should have their pass ready before they go below ground into the parking deck.

The entry and exit was effortless but the parking lot signage wasn’t. They didn’t indicate where the elevator to the theater was located, just the hotel so instead of directly going to my destination inside the building I had to go outside to get there.

It's just a parking garage with places to park a car. No big deal!!!

There was no way to scan my ticket and no one answered my calls. Waste of money do not use.

There was no QR code with the reservation. An attendant had to physically come to the gate to open it. Cars were lined up behind me.

Also, other apps allow you to modify a reservation. Nice feature. This one does not allow that.
