$50 for 4 hours is asinine and the payment process is annoying

First your app needs to be improved. But my biggest grip is we went to see a play at the TN Theater on 6/14, but the “event parking” listed only the show for 6/15/24??? This was not a one off, the same thing happened on 4/5/24, there was “event park” for 4/6 but not 4/5???

Very overpriced parking lot - $19.80 for 2 hours, cumbersome payment process, poorly maintained pavement. I will do everything to avoid this lot next time I am in downtown Knoxville.

Downtown Knoxville has free parking after 6:00pm. There was no disclaimer if that rule applied to the parking lot that used this payment method; so to be on the safe side, I paid. Maybe I paid $11 needlessly, maybe I didn’t. I would’ve liked to have that peace of mind on where the rules apply.

$22 for 3 hours is way too high. I don't like that I have to pay ahead for what I think I might need and then not be able to get a refund if I leave early. The payment page didn't explain the rates well or even if there was a daily max. Seemed like it was stripped of helpful information in order to get us to overpay. Entry in and out of the lot was tight and confusing.

I had NO idea what to do! These self serve pay stations are very confusing to understand. NO directions other than something I'm supposed to do with my phone. Had to stop a pedestrian on the street to have him help me. WHY DO YOU DO THIS TO THOSE OF US THAT AREN'T UP TO SPEED WITH ALL THIS CONVOLUTED BS?

Your computer generated "playbook" response was predictable. How typical! For the younger generation these methods to pay for parking might be second nature and part of their DNA, but for those of us (seniors) with very little computer knowledge it's very, VERY frustrating! You make the arrogant assumption everyone knows and completely understands how to use this technology. Guess what? It AIN'T so! This was the first time I've heard the term "QR code", much less tried to use it. Yes, I see them everywhere but had no idea what they were.
WAKE UP and start treating people the way you would like to be treated just for once!!!

Edit: After leaving a review, I was contacted and asked for the details of the transactions, and was told that a refund was issued. It seems as though using the contact us feature on the website isn't the best or at least most direct way to reach out when there is an issue regarding any billing issues.

I was double charged for parking and I emailed the company several times to try and get a reimbursement and haven't gotten a response or a refund. I am going to try and dispute the double transactions with my bank. Hopefully I will get my money back. What should have been $31 for "event parking" turned into a $62 charge.

Y’all need some help, charging people to park?? What a ripoff! $18 + service fee to park for an hour and 15 minutes?

The experience itself was easy. The price of parking is excessive and outrageous. There isn’t enough maintenance required to account for the fees.

Even though we pre bought a parking pass there was no guarantee to there would be a space. The attendisaid I would have to seek a refund because they were full but ultimately we were able to find the final spot.
