Confusion at entry and exit of the lot.
Entering the parking area, it was unclear to us what to do at first. Another elderly patron, not understanding the procedure, said he just left his car without doing anything; I hope he was not surprised with a fine.
I figured out the system but it took some time. Also, leaving the parking area, we were not sure what to do, but we saw cameras trained on the exit so figured that it was automatic. The parking procedure could be better communicated with the patrons.

The sign said "first 2 hours free." When I left after 40 minutes they changed me. I tried calling them. Automated system said that call time was an hour, but they would call me back. They never did. Seems like a scam.

The assumption that everyone has a smart phone to pay parking meant I had to borrow a phone to pay. While I am in a minority it's still a pain.
Signage language was confusing
Signage language was confusing, app didn’t offer ways to get past screen that wanted a code for free 2 hours. Terrible!
Easy peasy parking
It was easy and really fun to watch all the non tech people struggle. Hilarious!!

When we asked restaurant staff they said they were aware of the issue and did not have a QR code for us and would be refunding everyone's payments from that day. We're still waiting for that refund.

Terrible time trying to connect to billing, then no connection available! Had to go into hotel to get instructions.

I went to the front desk and was told "not to worry about it." I had no idea how much the fee was until an email message came in the next day.

Both the Golden Hotel and this company suck this time.
I ate at the hotel with a group of friends. First, they accepted reservations for a patio table but sat us inside. They refused to do individual bills despite agreeing to previously AND don’t have an ATM on site. What a foul mess.
On top of that, the app called for a discount code. The hotel said they would automatically credit us for up to to two hours since we used their QR code. Which they did not. So I was stuck paying $6 for what was supposed to be free parking. Times that by 12, our party size. You all stink.

How much parking costs per hour
It was difficult to enter in all the information that was needed. And then, at the end, we were told that you merely needed to enter a code supplied by the waitstaff.
Signage was not good
Signage was not good. I thought I had 2 hours of free parking. I was out of the lot under 2 hours but was charged over $5. I will not park in that lot again or go to that restaurant.
Frustrating Situtation/ Debit Card Compromised
I received a text from my bank on Friday, August 23, 2024... that I had been charges for parking in Colorado which I was never in Colorado. I've never been near Colorado! So apparently my debit card got compromised. I had to cancel my debit card, and I have been without my debit card all weekend.
I looked up your company's name and made a call, which I was not happy with the person I was taking to. So whomever I had talked to mention that he would refund my debit card, but by then I had already canceled my debit card. Now, I need to get another debit card from my bank. What a very frustrating situation to be in.
Spoiled the going out experience
Spoiled the going out experience. You installed an app on my phone without my permission. You collected personal info data without my permission. Why should I give you access to my email, phone, credit card, vehicle info and god knows what else was scammed and taken 10 minutes application of my time for a 45 minute park. I feel that I was scammed just to park my vehicle. There was no option to opt out holding my credit card. Just a sick scamming experience. Stop the phone scamming crap and offer a cash or credit card machine scan to park. Your system is very intrusive and untrustworthy. Just plain stupid IT system. Seems like a easy business system for scammers to steal from the public.
