Easy and quick to use…

In and out, no problem.

Back in my day, we used to call this the Tucker Lot. Still a nice place to park

Easy to use. Really liked getting a reminder when the time was almost up.

I did not have to deal with an attendant.

Imagine my surprise after I paid for parking to come out and find a ticket on my windshield. After reviewing everything it appeared I accidentally typed in a letter and number on my license plate backwards. I did submit a dispute and it was removed, but there should be ample of technology in 2023 that the parking attendants be able to view more details on site before handing out $50+ tickets, especially when there's only 1 - 2 other vehicles in the lot. Things like this make it very hard to go through the effort to drive downtown and support local businesses.

The convenience of all the parking lots to the places I want to visit in Lexington is fantastic. Also, the ease of use for the app makes this a no brainer.

I paid for parking online and still received a violation. I paid the $6.65 to park for 1.5hrs. Less than 5 mins after I paid for my parking and left the lot I was issued a violation and a fee of $51.66. I had to spend roughly 1.5hrs of my own time taking screen shots, completing a form to dispute the violation, making several phone calls. I feel like I should be sending SP Plus a bill for my time!

It was very slow to register my car. It also said there weren’t any spaces available even though I was sitting in a spot. I left and went around the block to see if there was valets anywhere. Didn’t see one so drove back to same lot on a better spot. By then another spot opened and daughter was able to park by us.

The parking lot was fine. The website was really slow. Then I tried the kiosk and it would not work correctly.

There was supposed to be an attendant to check the ticket, but there wasn't. There were no other instructions to follow, so it wasn't clear what to do with the prepaid pass. Also, what if you don't want to park in an unattended lot? There wasn't even a booth so it's not like the person just took an hour off. More accurate info and clear instructions on a plan B would have helped.

Getting to login page requires too many clicks. Set that to open on first click.

Nightmare. Another monopoly we don’t need like Ticketmaster here. Fees for parking were not posted on the any of the many lots using the app. Fee was about 4 times any other lots charged. Being late I had to pay it. The machine on site credit card scanner didn’t work so I installed the app and even being late created a password and login and paid for 4 hours thinking I’d only need 3 but could add more time. After my meeting ran over I tried to log in only for the app to not find my account so I had to leave the meeting and go to the lot and rescan the QR code only for the app to suddenly work and then not work so I had to dig in the car to find cash and pay with that. It cost me thousands to leave the meeting. I hate parking.com. I tried it later in the day only to have to recreate that account under another email. Some towns we have visited they own all the parking!!

I parked my car in your lot and paid my fee for three hours, and as I walked across the street to a restaurant, I noticed a parking attendant headed towards my car. I saw him scan my plate, and I was sure that I was not going to get a ticket because I just paid. Returning to my car an hour later, I then realized that I had indeed received a $50 ticket for nonpayment. I have the receipt to show that I paid before the time on the ticket. I am pissed!

Impossible to use the app. Took me four times to register my credit card, just like last time. So frustrated, I just may not go back downtown!
