Easy in and easy out. Price to park is reasonable. I wish second plus days were prorated rather than a full day charged. Staying only a few minutes beyond 24 hours results in another full day's charge.
Easy process
Once I registered my car, paying the fee was easy peasy.
My 2 cents for improvements: the spaces are awfully tight and it would be nice if there were electric car chargers available and free since we are paying for parking.
Worst garage ever
Wouldn't accept our credit card upon arrival. When trying to leave no signage showing where the exit was. When we found the exit again would not accept our card. We called for assistance. The operator kept telling us we were at the entrance and thought we were trying to come in. It took so long to finally get her to open the EXIT gate we spent 40 extra minutes inside the garage. We were clearly at the exit. We asked for someone to come and help. They refused. We were told to go to a lane that wasn't open- an entrance lane. We had to threaten to call 911 to get out. We didn't get home until 2:30 AM. I finally gave my license number which was unnecessary since I had used my cell phone to open the gate in the first place, and that's how I was billed 2 days later. What happened to getting a ticket and being able to easily pay. And there are NO signs indicating how to find the exit for cars, only for people on foot.
BS garage in Morristown
I accidentally got stuck going into Morristown NJ garage after purchasing items at the bakery. I literally just needed to get out of garage after accidentally going into garage. I had to pay $7.70 for nothing!!! The lady and man who work there are useless!!!! I’m handicapped and they wouldn’t help me in any way. I was totally ticked off and having to pay the $7.70 was ridiculous!!!!

Seamless and safe - and a bargain
This is a great alternative to driving into Manhattan. Reserve a spot ahead of time and the gate recognizes your car as you approach and leave. Find a spot (there were lots), hop on NJ Transit and relax knowing your car is in a secure facility and out of the weather. All for $7 a day!! Will use this again.

Please make the credit card readers work. It is a disaster when they do not. Also, the staff is rude and incompetent.

It was first time with new system
It was first time with new system. I had difficulty gaining access to garage and slightly less difficulty in paying upon leaving. The various options were confusing

Sometime between 4/33 and 5/22
Not user friendly. Sometime between 4/23 and 5/22, the system changed. We had trouble entering and needed help from the young driver stuck behind us and the parking voice. Even our young driver had trouble. Somehow between the 3 of us, we got in. Then I had to enter my credit card info on my phone. Troubling. Who are you people? Then we couldn't leave without contacting the parking assistant person again. You can't park there without a smart phone and credit card. I have a smart phone but my husband doesn't. He can't park there without me. You don't want to pay a live person to work there which makes it harder on the customers many of whom are trying to catch a semi-reliable NJ transit train. That's frustrating enough.

Very convenient
Very convenient. Easy to find, easy to park, and easy to pay. Also, for $7 a day, I couldn't find a better deal.

My sister was dropping me off at my car…
My sister was dropping me off at my car and was in and out of the garage in under three minutes (we know because the website texted her!) and was charged the full price for a day of parking. This is a ripoff and its annoying to use

Zero stars
The poorly built app and kludgy process work only when there's an internet connection - which there isn't at the Morristown Station garage entrance. When it comes time to pay, Apple Pay is not an option. There's nothing like entering 16 digits of a credit card in a dark parking garage. It gives the option to save your CC number, but why would anyone trust this company?
The signs at the entrance also fail to disclose the final indignity -- a 10%+ service charge that's tacked on the bill, presumably to improve this garbage app but more likely to enrich the company behind it.

It took 3 tries for payment to go…
It took 3 tries for payment to go through and it said it went through the second time and didn’t and then I got 1:30 am and 2 am texts during the following days telling me to pay but not providing any contact information (no web site, no telephone number).

Over teched
Its confusing how to set up and ultimately pay. Also the stated rate is $7 but in reality its $7.70 which is 10% higher for a combo of taxes and a “service fee”. I used my credit card to enter and it says to then pay by QR code except when I pulled up the gate just opened. Great feature but not apparent.
