Parking Validation not working in the gym , which caused back ups at all the exits. Took 10 min in line and when I got there the “ non help” insisted we had to pay to get out. Didn’t matter that multiple cars were behind us. Then promptly upped the price too. Max - with my 90 min validation could have been R5. Forced to pay R 20 to get out.

Parking isn’t always safe
Parking isn’t always safe, had my own window broken by vandals for second time a few months ago, saw glass on the ground from another vehicle as I left 3/12/24. The parking pay machines don’t work for weeks at a time which forces you to pay for monthly (not worth it if you’re commuting fewer than 3 days per week) or pay an additional .70 on top of the usual $2 per day when using their app. Price in 2023 was $1.50 per day - jumped to $2 in 2024.

it shouldn't charge me full price when…
it shouldn't charge me full price when I try to extend the parking time. Adding an extra 20 minutes SHOULD NOT be the same price as purchasing the parking space itself.

For the last couple of weeks I’ve had…
For the last couple of weeks I’ve had to enter my license plate number and the state I order to pay for parking. I can’t seem to change it in the app. Not convenient but I have no choice to use the app because the payment machines are always broken. It’s also a rip off that I have to pay an additional $0.66 to park.

Had to use this service since the…
Had to use this service since the on-site cash machine malfunctioned and stole my money. This service charges a fee plus tax. It was only $.66 more than the cash machine. So I paid $1.50 which the cash machine ate plus $2.16 for 1 space for 1 day. Must be nice not to maintain the cash machines and charge people twice.

We got a ticket using this - the default is two hours which doesn’t help when hurrying to park and catch a train for work
