every time i use the service to park in lot j, i get a ticket for not paying. i take the ticket, dispute it and it is removed. fix the problem. i get a notice on the app that my payment is accepted. i get an email validating my purchase. i get 2 texts to my phone number telling me my time is about up and then my time is up. yet, somehow the person writing the tickets doesn’t know any of this. fix the problem. other than that, the lot is cheap and i park and the car is there when i’m done.

Liked the way you communicated to me and kept me alerted the time left on my meter

Tell me why I parked here to go see the man that I thought I liked, and then he had the audacity to tell me Tuesday that he was only looking for something casual. Man is so rude. I didn’t even know that he was still married. Now I feel like such a homewrecker

Parking lot is dark and between buildings

Doesn’t use Apple Pay or digital wallet options for payment.
Also my card information was stolen after using the service.

I paid for parking via the online portal, got the confirmation via email, and was still charged $80 with a ticket on my windshield. Appealing

What a farce! It took me way too long to accomplish something that should be so simple! You have signs for $5.00 then I get charged $15.

Update: citation was voided after the company verified I paid for parking during that time. Review changed from 1 star to 4 stars. Only 4 stars because the app changed the license plate number during checkout and caused this hiccup. Thank you for rectifying the situation.

I paid for parking on the app. I had to put in my new license plate number because I bought a new car since the last time I used the app. In the process of checkout, somehow the app changed my license plate number to another on file. I return to my car with a parking violation under my windshield wiper. I emailed the company but haven’t heard anything back.

I received a ticket even though I paid for my parking.

I loved how long it took to figure out but there shouldn't be a time limit because sometimes the things you need to pay parking for go longer then expected

The directions were confusing when doing it on your phone. I had several people behind me while I was filling out name, address, credit card info, and phone number! To park?!?! Ridiculous The price was ok. About a dollar an hour. But what if you are late? I couldn’t find what to do in that situation.

Perfect place to park in the open and with great light for evening. It’s one block from ball field and very easy to get out or in. It’s are new parking spot.

I hate parking downtown. Tulsa’s downtown isn’t really even intimidating regarding parking; however, I hate it none-the-less. But, here I was about to snag a back-in parking spot right next to my destination when someone pulls up RIGHT behind me so I can’t reverse. I watched in my rear view mirror as they took my spot. So instead I parked here. It’s always available and no one is going to steal your spot. Is it free? No. If I had parked here first, that stolen spot wouldn’t be the only thing I think about from my trip downtown.

First time I used this parking system. In the end I did not know if it was all confirmed, so it kind of left me hanging wondering if my car would be there on my return. All in all a great system once i figured it out.

I parked here on a weekend during an event which should have been an all day parking fee. When using the app it wanted me to select the number of parking hours. There was no way that I saw that said event parking for that day. If I use the same lot next time I will take a pic of the signage and only pay for 1 hour. All parking like this is just really a scam anyway.
