I’ve parked in certain lots many times…
I’ve parked in certain lots many times over the last few years. I pay using the app and many times I get a ticket when the app shows I’ve paid and they email me a fu**ing receipt. Stupid

Got a ticket even after paying for parking!
Well, after paying for parking around 5:30pm on 07/09/24 for 23hrs & 45minutes. I received a parking ticket on 07/10/24 at 10:38am.

Easy enough to pay
Easy enough to pay. Lot was in good location. Surface was in good shape. We used the lot in the daytime but it did have plenty of light poles. Little expensive.

Seriously there parking spots are dumb…
Seriously there parking spots are dumb one said monthly only and was empty the one across the street was empty for the most part just make it simple come on pay to park not pay to read the fine print

Invasive and cumbersome!
I find the entire process cumbersome, invasive and ridiculous. I'm sure the technology and support cost a fortune MORE than older methods, but it keeps people in India employed resolving complaints and mining data.

App and Customer Service both need work...
The app doesn't work about half the time and if you receive a violation and attempt to dispute it through their process, it results in zero communication from Parking.com. Eventually, you receive a collection notice from attorneys to whom Parking.com has sold your "bad debt".
So, to summarize, they make it difficult and sometimes impossible to pay, send you a violation notice, completely ghost any disputes you send, and then turn you over to collections.
Great customer service!

I hate paying for parking in the first…
I hate paying for parking in the first place but that is the world we live in now. What gets me is There was no attendant and I was force to pay buy cell phone. Top top it off I had to pay a fee to do so.
