The price online is the exact same as paying with a credit card when exiting the parking. I know it as online you need to set the time you'll exit. For some reason I only had 30 min. I ended up needing to pay again to exit the parking, the full amount that is valid for 24 hrs when I really only parked there for 2 hours. The staff is obviously very much aware of this scam and was almost laughing at my face when I handed my credit card, to pay again. Terrible experience.

I paid online for the parking but during the exit I was held up for validation for almost 10 mins despite showing them the payment confirmation email.

I prepaid timed entrance at 11AM and several timed activities at Liberty Science Center, Jersey City, NJ on Friday,Nov 26. So I estimated time 11AM to 4PM for prepaid parking. I did not realize these exact parking times would be strictly enforced.
On the morning of the LSC event, my estimated 1 hour drive got me to the LSC parking at 10:50AM. The gate would not let me into the parking (parked cars at that time might have been 20% of full capacity). Luckily, the attendant was there, and told me I needed to backup and park at entrance and wait 10 minutes. This meant the line of cars behind me also had to backup to let me backup!
After my LSC events. I arrived at the parking gate at 4:15PM to leave. The display did not recognize my prepaid parking; the parking ticket (given to me by attendant at 11AM checkin) registered as unpaid on the display. I pressed the attendant call button to ask what to do. The remote attendant could not understand a word I said (the remote call system was defective?). After a few minutes, a live attendant arrived, took my parking ticket, and my prepaid reservation, and within maybe 2 minutes raised the gate for my car. (several cars were impatiently waiting behind me).
PRE-PAID PARKING CAUSED ME (AND OTHER DRIVERS) FRUSTRATING DELAYS AT BOTH ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE. My two alternatives for future:
1. Dont prepay(probably what I will do in future)
2. Pre-pay, but state my arrival is before the LSC opening, and departure is after the LSC closing.

Purchasing our parking pass in advance was very convenient. We arrived at Liberty Science Center about 15 minutes earlier than our designated arrival time, and we were surprised that we had to remain on the outskirts of the parking lot until the exact time. Mostly surprised because there were very few cars in the lot, meaning very few visitors to the center. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Purchased prepaid parking for Liberty Science Center as recommended. Waved the voucher barcode in front of machine at entrance as instructed and received the ticket. However, when I tried to use the ticket on exit, the machine said I had not yet paid. Had to wait around for attendant to manually open the gate. Next time, just pay for your parking at LSC as you’re leaving either at the lobby or at the exit itself. Prepaying does not save you time and may actually cause you some inconvenience.

Fast in and out. Friendly supervisor on the entrance. Parking is clean and convenient.

The site crashed twice when I tried to get a voucher for Liberty Science Center and I ended up charged 3x. Then the QR code didn’t work at the parking lot and I nearly got charged a fourth time - fortunately the attendant was able to get us out. Really frustrating.
