No issues. Will most likely use again.

We paid for 3 cars for a wedding stay in Chicago, for 2 days. $68 for each car, which is a good deal. But the app made it sound like we could go in and out more than once. We had to drive to the rehearsal dinner the first night and could not get back in to our parking garage. The app even said still active. We had to pay full price for the next 24 hours $57 at the garage. Hotel did not help us out, said we should have not used parking.com, and they would have given us unlimited in and out for the whole week end. I was very disappointed, next time I will go back with spot hero app.

This was the first time I used Parking.com. I found the app very easy to use and the parking (both going in and leaving) to go very well. I will use this app again in the future.

It was mostly a good experience except that when we got there, there were no empty spots so we had to circle 3 times before one opened up. Since I prepaid I wasn't sure what I was going to do if nothing opened up. There aren't a lot of parking spaces available.

Had to pay at the facility even though I stayed within the reserved time and had already paid parking.com. Contacted parking.com but haven’t heard back yet.

Scheduled parking for an oversized vehicle for 5 hours. Paid in advance and found when exiting the facility that they wanted an additional $11. Process has flaws.

Paid for my reservation, When I showed up at the garage, It was Full. I had to park three blocks away, and pay for parking at another garage.
However; When I contacted parking.com they promptly refunded my money.

I would give it zero stars if I could. I paid for parking then I was told the garage was full! How do you re sell slots? Never got my money back! Had to find new parking and pay even more.

When I arrived at the garage I paid for parking at, the garage was full. I've reached out to Parking.com on three different occasions regarding a refund, but have yet to hear back from anyone.

Zero stars. In spite of making a reservation at Zachary Hotel next to Wrigley with my license plate, prepaid, etc, I got there and the sign said the lot was full and the attendant told me it was first come first serve. I had to go down the street where I was charged five times the price because it was a day of the event and I’m serious it was five times the price

I went to the garage and they said "it's full too bad get your money back". It cost me an hour and substantially more money to park in addition to the money I already paid. And according to the receipt I'm out the money I originally paid.

Sold me a parking spot for a parking garage and then sold it out. I had no parking for the Cubs game and no way to get my money back.

First experience was great and then I came back 12 hours later to book another day and the price had doubled. Total lack of transparency in pricing and availability

Excellent parking lot. A short walk to the ballpark. Perfect location.

Very happy with the ease of finding a parking spot for our trip to a Chicago Cubs game. Found parking right across the street at a very reasonable rate. i will use parking.com again for sure!!

Parking garage was full when I arrived even with purchasing before hand

I was not allowed to park. Get out and come back inside.
