The code didn’t work at the gate so I spent 30 min at the gate to get ahold a person to open it
Then since I spent 30 min it past my exit time by 2 min and the wanted to charge me extra!! Will not use it again

I was charged for a spot I couldn't access due to the Pride Festival-- the main stage was built in front of the only entrance.

Easy to enter exit half the price of any other parking

There wasn’t enough parking spots available. Cars were parked illegally in the garage. Luckily when I was just about to give up someone left and I took their spot.

I prepaid for a sport at your Halstead/Grace Street facility, printed out a receipt and had the "code" on my phone. At the facility I found NO (absolutely NO) directions on what to do toga entry or use my prepayment. I got a ticket, entered and parked (in your very small spaces) for several hours, left, and had to pay, again. You service is abysmal.

The parking garage was easy to find and parking was an easy process once inside the garage. The price was reasonable and the walk to Wrigley was accurate as stated on the website,

I made a parking reservation for May 9. But had to cancel it due to last minute change of plans. The cancellation and refund were painless

Always a good place to park for Cubs games. The best thing was a very helpful attendant who was helping customers with the QR code reader when entering and leaving the garage.

The web site was clean, but the overall experience was terrible. I do not know whether it was Parking.com or the parking facility, but the check in and check out experience was terrible. The bar code did not scan on entrance or exit. The exit was a miserable experience and took 5 minutes just to exit the facility. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I followed all the directions exactly - purchased a parking pass for $7 a day before I needed to park, but when we entered the garage the machine would not scan the code. Seemed to be happening to others as well because there were cars that were stuck at the gate before and after us. I ended up pulling a ticket, as did the person in front of me, just so I would not be blocking the entrance. There was nobody around to talk to. I ended up paying an additional $15 dollars to park. Why bother with the pre-paid when I'm going to be double charged?

I had thought I purchased a pass for 2 days while we were in town for $40.00. However, after the first day it started asking for my credit card and charged $22.00 per day? Is there a way I can get a refund for the original $40.00's?

They made me pay twice and when I called for help I gave my confirmation number, order number and they could not help me get through the gate. Worst experience, why have customer support if they can’t help you when you have all of the information about your prepaid parking?

Secure, safe and clean garage

The parking was in a great location with easy access and exiting.

Parking was $10 less than other options and easy in/easy out and close to my location.
