Machine (on site) instructions was in french, tried to follow but not allowing me to pay nor print the ticket. And it was too cold that day so i just took a picture of the qr code and paid online. My hands were frozen at this point and i ended up paying for an extra hour and more, (was done earlier than expected). No way to reverse or refund.

Way too expensive. The other hospital parking is $17 max for the day. I paid over $20 for 3 hours of parking. Will never park here again.

App wouldn't work in Canada for extending stay.

It takes too much time. I just want to grap a ticket and go, especially when your late for your appointment. And why do everywhere assumes everyone travels with a cell phone or understands the scanning barcodes , how about seniors that drvies. I was just late and it got me thinking

Every time you extend the time they charge you service fee of $0.99. So you’re better off paying a flat rate full price of $20 like it used to be and it will be cheaper

The agent was very quick and helpful

I purchased a 5 day pass and for 3 of the days my card was not working. I would visit the parking desk daily and they’d say to just come back the next day even after I requested a new car. I was unable to use the in and out privileges and my relatives whom were planning on rotating on this pass ended up paying daily. Finally on the 3rd night, I was given a new card. Their customer service at this location was horrible. Being at a hospital with a dying parent, really this was the last problem I needed. I very politely asked for a new card every single day and instead they brushed me off and just buzzed me into the parking, no in and out privilege. FYI I tried to contact the assistant manager all day by phone on the 3rd day with no answer. I will be requesting a charge back with my credit card company!

I gave you one because your signage said I had to pay ,but I didn't, so the $18.00 I gave you I didn't use . So you could donate this to the hospital I was visiting, or you can keep it and feel good about it . Either way merry Xmas.

Customer rep put me on hold and never came back.

The main parking lot with the gate was closed, so I had to park in the open pay area. The sign said $3.50/hr so I downloaded the app and when it asked me for the amount of time I inputted 3. Thinking it was 3 hours, but no instead it was for 3 days. Went to the parking desk and they said they could give me a credit. The credit wasn’t monetary but they said the next time I come I can just park there again. 2 issues with this, one I wasn’t going to park there anytime soon and the 2nd issue was how the hell were they going to know that my vehicle has a credit parking? Basically stole about $30 from me. And they way they told me about the “credit” she had a smirk on her face knowing full well I was had.

It seemed to be user friendly and reminded you went you were time was up
