I paid for 4 days as we were at Hotel across the street for my daughter's wedding. I had to park on first level due to the size of my vehicle. On Saturday night, the first level was full and I had to park my vehicle at another location for the night. I believe most of those cars did not pay to park as at 6:00am the next morning, there were only 5 vehicles in the first level. It was frustrating that this was not being monitored

I was given a $50 ticket AFTER I paid for parking! And the fee to park was almost $30 for less than 3 hours which is beyond ridiculous!

Shouldn’t have to repay full price just to extend your time

Incredibly misleading sign caused me to pay $20, which I cannot find a way to refund, even though the parking I was using had to be paid for a different way and was much cheaper.

I would avoid doing business with this company, if possible. I'm not even sure my $20 could be used for anything.

Paid with QR code after parking, it chgd me 52.99, then would not open gate when leaving & had to pay 13. For 2 hour parking. Not real apparent as to what & how your parking is to be paid. Should receive refund of 52.99 charge

I had no problem with the actual parking… but I received a citation halfway through my 1st day for $50. I had paid for 24 hours but received the citation that was dated about halfway through. I left a message on the phone on the citation but have not heard anything yet. I have email receipts and bank statements showing it was paid for. I need a confirmation the citation has been removed.

The location is convenient for the Milwaukee Public Market, however it is expensive. To improve the parking, they need to have a feature to ADD more time to your meter in case you are running behind on time. Otherwise, the parking was good.

So I looked at the prices. Both 7HR and 8hrs were the same price . I was in a hurry, so I just hit 7hrs.

I came back in 7hrs and 10 minutes, to a $50 ticket. I hate this place. I won’t park here again.

To expensive for that short amount of time.

It was very quick and convenient to be able to scan the code, and I loved getting a reminder that my time was almost up!

Odd to leave a parking lot a review but...this lot is very confusing for first time visitors. You receive a paper ticket upon entry, at ground level a sign with QR that states "Payment Required Upon Entry." So I paid. When you exit, there is no method to acj=knowledge that payment ($25), you are asked to insert the ticket and I had to pay again ($7). Email into company went unanswered.

I ended up paying twice. Once on parking.com when I parked, and then had to pay at the exit on the machine because there was no code or anything to show I paid already.

I made a mistake paying and customer service helped me make it right in a kind and quick manner. Top notch company, people and service

Parking was easy and payment was efficient.

I paid $32 just park over night that to much
