The sign provided a number to text in order to pay, but I never received a link. I almost got a parking ticket while waiting for the link to come through.ended up having to walk back out to my car and entering the link manually. 2 hour limit also not clearly posted.

The experience was irritating. Paying at a meter is much simpler.

The street signage was too busy,
When I attempted to reload and add time it did not work properly. The application should edited and more clean, like Park Mobile: clear concise and free of clutter, adding a vehicle was also annoying, the drop down menus don’t work well and clear when changing selection

I got a ticket after paying for parking. It was remedied, but was an annoyance. Don't ticket people who have paid for parking.

I liked the fact that street parking was available as soon as I got to my destination. What I didn't like was the fact that upon expiration I was not given a link to add more time. As a result I left my event a little early to ensure that I wouldn't be ticketed. I'd like to recommend the having the ability to add money to your session prior to or after expiration.

I appreciated the QR code on the street sign.
I didn’t appreciated the reminder saying time was running out but didn’t inform as to how many minutes remained.

Can't belive $8 parking fee and then a service charge.
Not coming back.

I got A ticket 1 minute after I had already paid for parking!! I contacted the ticket issuer and was unable to file a dispute !! So I don’t know what happened! But I am very upset and I hope I do not have any fines because of this ! Why did this even happen!?

The parking was nice and convenient but we were told at our conference that it would be 15 dollars a day and i was charged 30 each of the two days. Also, was supposed to load in at a certain time on Thursday and was told they were closed for the night. quite inconvenient.

Very difficult to use the app and to locate parking area and extend hours.

There was no warning given when the time was about to expire and after I logged into my account and chose my vehicle, it didn't have a history of my parking times.

Your sign did not say the parking was limited to 1 hour. After multiple attempts to fill out the information, I was only able to pre-pay for 1 hour. I received a ticket after the event ($35) for not paying for more than 1 hour but your application would not allow pre-payment for a longer duration. What a scam!

People has multiple cars and it is easy to make mistake on choosing the correct vehicle while trying to pay thru your application. There should be an edit option for these kind of mistakes so that we don’t get double charged
