I paid the full amount of $30. And then was charged another $30 to add an hour. The sign clearly stated that maximum was $30.

The sign said I would not be charged more than $16 for a day, but when I used this service on a Friday night I was charged twice that or $32 whether I was using it for 2 hours or 3 hours. It seemed very strange so I did not know how to get the $16 price. It looks like they force people to pay more on the weekends.

Unable to easily add time right after it expired when I unexpectedly had a business appointment go long. Poor customer interface.

Terrible customer service. I parked in a lot with a sign that said $8 per hour and $30 max. I was charged $30 plus $16.99. I called twice and left messages and no one called me back. I emailed as well and no response!!

I paid more than double what I should have. Sign said $8.00 hour and I got charged $34 for an hour and a half. Have tried to call to get a refund and no one will call me back. DO NOT park here

Made 2 pay $30 all day rate twice in less than a 24hour period because of a 2 hour time limit.

Then I just receive a parking violation notice stating that I didn’t pay at all, saying I owe them $80 ($30 for parking and a $50 penalty)

This company seems to be just a bunch of scam artists.

How dare you follow up on that expensive ass parking. The fact that I had to pay more than 5 dollars for 2 hours of parking is a disgusting scam and businesses like this are predatory at a bare minimum.

Easy and smooth experience

This lot was over priced. $30 for the day. I felt completely ripped off. I walked down the block and I saw parking closer to the Rockies game for $8 a day.

Sign says $8.00/hr in large bold lettering. Then way you go to pay it’s $30.

We got overcharged and called and emailed and no one responded or credited our card.

I just received a ticket for $75 in the mail after paying $32.99 for parking! Not satisfied.

I used the bar code and purchased my parking that way.
I paid $30.99 for 4 hours.
I needed to buy another hour.
I received an email letting me know my time was expiring.
I went in the app to add and hour assuming it would be an additional $8 as it states in BIG LETTERS that that maximum daily charge is $40 but it charged me another $30.99.
Terrible

Lot is convenient, but massively overpriced. $30 for 3 hours early on a Sunday morning. The sign claimed $8 an hour but the app only gave me the $30 option. There's wasn't even a game going on. They also charged me a "service" fee. It's a trap. I'll actively avoid this lot in the future.

I only parked here because DCPA had a Cirque du Soleil show, so I couldn't park at my own home/condo. Least it wasn't even half full.

I was trying to park for a 1.5 hour dinner reservation, I went to three different lots and the only way to pay was $30+ for an "event" that day

The price was the same just to add a couple more hours at the end. $30 was already a bit much and now it was $60 just to park for 5 hours. Too much...
