The garage did not accept the QR code and we were at the right gate, I had my phone on bright, we did everything we were supposed to do.

Quick and Easy, Great Location (30th St Station)
Getting in and out was a breeze and made driving to the eagles parade to meet my mom and dad (regional rail) and sister (from DC) at 30th street station easier than I could’ve possibly imagined. The QR code scan to get in and out also made it super easy because it lets you save it to your Apple wallet for super quick access.

When I entered the 30th street parking…
When I entered the 30th street parking garage, there was no opportunity to scan the QR code as prepaid. There was only an option to take a ticket. When I returned, the I couldn't get out and needed to call an attendant, who said I was supposed to go to an attendant before exiting.

Ease of finding the location
Ease of finding the location, is in finding a parking space and the cost was pretty reasonable for 15 hours.

Convenient to the train station. I had trouble scanning my Q-code from a printed sheet, but the scanner work with my phone.

Difficulty getting access to garage as…
Difficulty getting access to garage as mobile pass would not scan. Upon leaving was assisted by staff who were very helpful in completing transaction. Thanks for their assistance.
