The credit card machine at both the exit gates did not work. It took more than 20 minutes to get out after the attendants also could not solve the problem. In the meanwhile, my parking charge went up another hour (another &10 charge). Since the credit card was not being accepted at the exit gates, the payment link was sent to me to my phone to pay. When I paid the parking charge online, I was charged additional fees for paying online all because your credit card machines did not work.

I purchased a pass to park at the Allen Center garage on 3/15, but was unable to scan the QR code at any of the kiosks and nobody was present to accept it. As a result,I had to pay the same $10.00 again in order to leave the garage. Had I know any better, I would have simply parked and paid upon leaving.

I was double charged and didn’t have a way to correct the error

The machine are my ticket - there was a person in the office but she didn’t seem to have the authority to help - had to call intercom at exit gate - took 10 minutes to get sorted and they sent me a bill for 1.5 what I should have been charged because that is the fee for ‘not having a ticket’ - called the office after the fact and she had no ability to help but gave me her manager’s email - sent an email to the provided address - received no response

Garage available near the event I attended. Reasonably priced.

The garage had no way to scan our paid parking pass..getting in or going out.

The parking pass did not work at the garage. I had both a paper copy and a digital copy on my phone. It was much more expensive to use this service than it was just to pay at the location.

What a waste of money. Paid for parking online at parking.com and when I arrived, my QR code would not work. I pressed the call button for help and the person told me I was on the wrong side of the building, try the other entrance. So I did, and the same thing happened… QR code would not work. Worst than that, I pushed the call button, got a new person, and they told me the same thing (you are on the wrong side of the building)! Wait, what?! I told them I had already been on the other side and it didn’t work. And all they kept saying was, “you are at the wrong entrance.” Did they try and solve my problem after that? Did they try to work with me? Was there someone available in person to look at my reservation and help me get in? No to all three. Worst part was, I circled the building 4 times to see if there was another entrance, and there were only two public entrances and two contractor entrances. The entrance they kept telling me was the wrong one matched my reservation. Waste of money, waste of time, and to top it off, missed my bus to the event I was attending. If you are going to park here, don’t use parking.com. Or just find a better spot with at least better customer service.

The onsite attendant was very helpful in guiding me to the right place. Purchasing parking using the mobile app was easy. The price was great.

I make a reservation but when I came to parking lot the personal didn’t accept my reservation and make me pay 10USD more for parking. I sent a mail explaining the situation asking for refund of reservation cost, but it was no answer from you. Very bad service and I felt robbed.

The instructions said to show the prepaid parking validation to the parking attendant. There was no parking attendant and I had to use my credit card and pay again to exit the garage. Do not book online!!!
