Charging the wrong price. Hotel employees are suppose to get $11 all day rate. They apply $11 off. So $37 -$11 =$26. I pay $26 instead of $11.

I’ve parked there often when I attend paramount plays. BUT last time there was a new system of entry and departure. We were told to access the website from my text message. I was a bit frazzled and tried to get done quickly. I admit I might not have read everything therefore when we got to booth I had submitted my payment without using code for discount. Then I didn’t even need to have done this because they asked for our special card we always used. I was charged for parking though $10.99. I’ve tried to call but voicemail box is still full. I would like a refund but don’t know how to get a hold of anyone.

This did not work for us. I will be requesting a refund of 10.99. I am a season ticket holder and used the process as stated but I still got charged $10.99.

This manner of paying for parking was incredibly cumbersome and extremely slow. It is among the worst parking experiences I’ve ever had. It required I scan a barcode and the respond to a text to enter, then enter credit card info manually on my phone, apply a discount by clicking on a button (which was not obvious), and then the instructions indicated I would have to scan a barcode and respond to a text to exit. The only upside was that there was someone at the exit helping cars move through. Because of the complexity, we were a few minutes late to an event at the Paramount. Along the walk there, and on the walk back we heard several people complaining about this system.

Entry was fast and it was nice not having to hold onto a ticket. The exit process was confusing. The gate was open and the attendant asked for a slip of paper with a scan. I didn't have anything so he waved me through. It wasn't clear how the process works. On the app it said to enter the 3 digit code on exiting.. there wasn't one. I was happy to receive a message that exit was recorded.. somehow.

I expected problems since there is a new system for paying. It went smoothly with a little help from the available attendants.

Entry took much longer. The system would be very hard for older people which adds more time getting in and getting out. I would recommend to scrap the new system.

Terrible explanation given when we entered. Didn’t match online. I would like to give zero stars. No using this in the future.

APP was easy to use and lot had a lot of spaces.

It took forever to get into the garage, although I did appreciate the staff there offering assistance. Upon exit, it was quick, but I did not get the promised discount. The code wouldn't scan and staff just opened the gates and collected our code cards. I don't typically use this garage even with the discount from the Paramount because it takes forever to exit. I will not be using the garage again especially since I could have booked through another service, not tried to use my Paramount discount, and parked for a lower fee in the same garage.

It took me 20 minutes to park because of the long line of confused drivers before me (confused like me).

I tried to scan in my Paramount discount card and it refused the $3.00 off ticket!

Great choice of places and easy to find what I want.

We pre-paid for parking, but when we showed up the garage was full and there were no spots in the entire garage. What's the point of pre-paying if you don't get anything for it? They oversold the garage, and we only ended up getting a spot because a Hertz guy took pity on us and gave us a permit for one of their spots. I'll never use this site again, do not recommend.

I put my license plate in when I purchased the parking in advance, so when I entered and left the I didn't have to do anything - the gate opened for me. Very slick! The parking lot was secure and clean.

The process to pay for the parking online was fine, but there was no spot open for us when we went there. We paid for 9am-7pm, got there at 111:00am , and no spot available. I had to basically risk getting my truck towed by parking in a spot that may not have been intended for me. Luckily it did not get towed, but i doubt I will risk that one again.

It was a complete scam, when I got to the parking lot they said that they don't use parking.com and I had to pay double of the rate on this website. Avoid this website at all costs!

It was quick and easy to reserve parking and quick and easy to use it! Perfect!

I reserved my spot on line and pulled up the QR code, scanned it at the site. To my extremely pleasant surprise the on site rate was $35, I paid $9. Easy in, easy out.
