I wasn’t clear on how to confirm my payment would be acknowledged by the parking garage I reserved time at until I left the garage. I couldn’t get a hold of customer service. Otherwise easy to use.

A MISERABLE FULL WEEK

You didn't get my pass card entered into the system over a 4 day period.

Your machines weren't working. On three days I had backup tickets in case the card wasn't working, and your machines wouldn't accept them.

It is stressful waiting at a parking machine not working at a downtown area, much less having issues throughout the week.

I will say, on Friday, my parking card was still not in the system, but atleast my backup preapproved ticket worked on that day.

When we went to leave the parking deck the machine at the exit would not accept my credit card nor my debit card. I called your company and the person on the line tried to help remotely and finally got things taken care of.

your box would not ley me leave customer ahead of me had a problem but gate opened and they left. I tried to put my ticket in but would not take it and the box was beeping saying 6 dollars. would not cancel. tried the other box but it said it was closed and would not take ticket so I pushed button for help and lady that came on had me try different thing but box was stuck and not working. Had a very hard time understanding lady. bad accent. I waited 30 minutes trying to get out the lady did not understand the box was stuck and not working. she came back and tried to send me a text with code I got it but did not know what to do with it. she ask for time on ticket and I gave it to her and she came back I would owe 34$ for parking. but I was there for 1.5hrs plus the 30 minutes trying to get out. she said the gate would open but did not understand any thing else she said.just glad to get out because no other way to get out. she did get my cell number. The gate opened I left. I got a text with link to pay but it was for 34$. I did not owe that much got email order number Order #: 910564415 that I owe that much . I owed maybe 15$. there was no onsite help with problem got text threat of penalty if I did not pay so I paid. I paid it I will not use your parking garage again so you can cheat me out of money. you need onsite help when things break.

This was the second time their machines would not take my credit cards. I had to try two different machines with no luck and several cards. I was forced to pay online AND pay a convenience fee, that was NOT convenient.
