Very good sevice attitude!!! Good location!!

The staff are always friendly and quick at their work. They seamlessly direct the traffic in and out of the challenging entrance.

Unable to use the mobile app to book a parking spot. I have had issues for 3 weeks using the mobile app. The attendant (male) was rude and told me to leave or pay the full price. The Georgetown student discount code didn't work so I had to use my computer.

First time user. Worked perfectly for me. Exceeded my expectations! Especially the gentleman at the entrance of the garage, who was very respectful, helpful and nice. Same opinion about the lady at the front desk of the building as I went to get my car.

Perfect location and price.

Your system doesn’t work well, it doesn’t communicate well, it’s hard to get any real help, and on top of that you charge an extra fee for using your automated platform. Oh, and then the poor guy at the garage has to manually write down the number of the ELECTRONIC ticket, because you haven’t bothered to provide the staff with QR code readers. You guys suck. But why should you care, when you will keep sucking money out of everyone’s wallets anyway?

Attendant doesn’t understand the English language and can’t read printed paid receipts

I have been parking in 650;Mass Ave for years. Last week, you attendants stopped me from entering to retrieve my car and said I had to go to the 650;Mass entrance. No explanation where it is. There was no one there. Doors were locked. I had to go to a Georgetown next door to gain entrance from within their suite. STUPID. A waste of my time.

The garage could use a cleaning. At least on C1, the floor had numerous trails of dried up fluids that were sticky and smelled like urine in multiple areas.

It was a fine, normal parking experience. Not much mroe to say.

Your time gated parking is a terrible system. If I use the Georgetown parking code it shouldn’t matter if I show up an hour earlier.

Furthermore your parking attendant was rude and unhelpful.

I’m a professor at Georgetown University and teach LIVE evening classes on-site at our urban campus located in downtown Washington, DC. I park in the building and use the Parking.com app prior to arriving.

The process is good and the guys working there are pretty quick to confirm your payment and wave you into the garage. I leave around 11:00pm and one of the attendees is still in the booth if I have any issues.

One of the biggest and really only issues is the people enforcing the parking. The lot is right by the road and gets backed up very easily in busy downtown. Thus it is imperative that things run swiftly and smoothly. At the garage, if i choose a time of 430, and arrive at 429 i littleraly am told i cannot enter, this is ridiculous i have now been forced to wait in empty parking lots or drive around until it's my time to enter, however if im scheduled to get there at say 4:33, and i hit all green lights and arrive at 428, I'm forced to turn around leave the parking garage and return. This causes lines and cars honking and angry drivers. This needs to be corrected. I have heard complaints of this by over 6 other drivers and it makes me not want to use the garage and app at all

The attendant was rude, and doesn't understand prices times to park at the location, and doesn't understand the english language.,

By using this tool my rate was way cheaper than I would’ve paid if I just drive up and found the parking garage. Google maps didn’t help me much getting to this garage but this app had nothing to do with that. Great app and great garage!

It was easy to access and staff were friendly and professional.

I used to be able to purchase 5-use passes through the agreement with my college. Now I have to waste time every time I come to park and purchase a single pass every day. Please fix this. The attendant at the facility was very courteous and friendly. Please keep him and others at the location.
